Whoever answers the phone is extremely rude and unprofessional. I received a call from this place and missed it, returned the call only for the person behind the phone preceed to give me attitude. I had genuine questions regarding the phone call. Would not recommend them try eyesight associates for a more easier and better experience in getting seen.

My husband got something in his eye and our GP couldn't find it so I called and asked if they would see him. Even though he didn't have any insurance and was not a patient of theirs, they saw him anyway and didn't charge us a bunch! Wonderful drs, nice at the desk, thank you for helping us!

I give Dr. Williams and the front desk a five star, however there was a male head nurse, that I would not give a fat 0 to, he was rude and made an Obama comment to me. I find it difficult to go for my second cataract surgery in fear of having to deal with him.

Made an appointment 6 weeks ago for 8:00 AM. Arrived to be told that it was changed to 10:20 AM. No prior notification and had the door locked in our face. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Simply taking my family's business elsewhere!

I had eye surgery w Dublin Eye Assoc. to clean out some debris behind my lens. I also got a yearly eye exam with them.I loved Dr. Clark.

Most disrespectful, 'not their problem' staff I've had dealings with. Absolutely no excuse for the way the deal with people, will go out of my way to avoid ever having to use them
