What a pos place , went there almost a year and never once saw a actual doctor . People are rude , everytime you go you see a NP not a doctor. They could care less how you do any other time but when you are actually there . Rude is an understatement, they had the nerve to ask my mother why she was even there when she has had a neck and back fusion and she's in her 70s . I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone .

Maybe I should have taken a few minutes out to read the reviews before my doctor sent a referral to this place.
I knew the second this tall, African American, Bald-head doctor walked into the room he wasn't going to be the doctor for me!
I'm not going to go in too hard on him. But, no ONE person or "DOCTOR" knows EVERYTHING!!!.
Learn to listen to your patients!
God bless but I won't be returning back!

I had been going to these money hungry mongrels for 6 plus years....THEY NEVER SEEMED TO LISTEN OR EVEN CHECK YOUR CHARTS! Told them what I was allergic to and was told there was no way and sent me to an allergy dr just to find out everything plus a couple more meds I couldn't be given. Twice they "found illicit drugs" in my urine sample, amazingly right after they couldn't do the injections in my back. The very next visit they found something in my pee. 1st time was a drug I was highly allergic to and was even on my charts....they fiddle farted around trying to say it had to be there. Next time they found a drug I had to look up on the internet to even know what it was. Which meant they go to charge my insurance for 6 months of urine test. Now remember this was right after not being able to do the expensive procedure.
Talked to my Dr and got a new PMD and so far they seems alright. The staff up front at dynamic is very corgile and polite....but once you leave the waiting room everything goes to hell in a hand basket!
If you have a choice DO NOT go to Dynamic Pain and Wellness!

Six years going here 1 visit from Dr 1 xray and 1 nasty infection from procedure worst treatment ever then they stop seeing me because I demand to see a Dr should be rated a zero

My Dr sends me to a pain clinic to get pain shots in my back & neck. On the first visit they mess up on my insurance so I have to wait for another appointment. Then their nurse practitioner wants to do nerve burns. I tell her no, my Dr sent me there for pain shots for inflammation due to bad disk's & arthritis. Nerve burns does nothing for inflammation. After my 2and shot another nurse practitioner tells me I'm set up for nerve burns. These people don't listen & they obviously think the patient is ignorant & don't know anything about their condition. They're there to sell procedures & rip off insurance & Medicare. Most reputable pain clinics do what your Dr orders & don't require you to see their nurse practitioner. I don't know who runs these places but they should be shut down.

My fist visit with a dr was great. Got set up for bilateral sl joint injections which were very helpful. This is the only reason I gave them one star. My next visit was to set up epidurals. The first thing the PA said was I’m going to give you a compassionate marjiuianna card. I told her I lived in AL and it wasn’t legal. She just laughed and said I needed to move to FL. She said there was nothing she could do for me and left me sitting there. Nothing set up for epidurals.

I have never experienced any doctors office less interested in a patient than the Crestview office. After five months, they still hadn't requested my medical records from my rheumatologist. They didn't even read test results that they themselves ordered until after telling me they looked good. I had already received the results and knew better. Five autoimmune diseases and they under treated my pain and then punished me because I was under treated. I told them my neck was hurting, half of my face numb, and if not holding my neck a certain way, my arm went numb. They sent me all the way to Pensacola to test my arm. Seriously. Luckily my rheumatologist got me referred elsewhere, because today I was told I was tapering off of my pain medication. Which was okay since I have an appt on the fourth at the new office. By tapering, they meant sending me off cold turkey basically with only 7 pain pills. I would recommend going anywhere else.
