Everyone was so nice and patient with me. The front desk lady (sorry I didn’t get her name) was very pleasant when I walked in. I was a new patient so she didn’t just throw me the new patient paperwork with a pen she actually explained what I was filling out and why. The young lady who took me back (sorry I didn’t get her name) asked all the right questions about why I was there and what I needed during my visit. She did the first part of the exam and was extremely straightforward with what she got and how she was going to let the dr double check to make sure everything was accurate. Dr Poole was extremely helpful in helping me understand my vision and took his time to assure that my new prescription would work much better than what I had. Amber took her time in helping me find the frames that made me feel confident and comfortable. She listened to what I liked and didn’t try to force anything on me based on price. She helped me get financing and an amazing buy one get one 50% off deal. I’m looking forward to building a relationship with this facility and the people.

Very polite. The techs were very polite and helpful in the area of helping on the selection of my glasses.
Dr Poole was great, very informative on the way my treatment should go. He really listened and WE decided on a treatment. Unlike the office on Hawthorne, she kept telling me that I didn't need prescription change for 2 years and I did. For those 2 yrs I wasn't able to see out of my glasses as well as the changes Dr Poole made on my new script.
So I say YEA!!!!!!! to Dr Poole. Thanks for the listen. I will be seeing you from now on.

This place is great! The staff is friendly and helpful. The process from eye exam to selecting eyeglasses is a totally pleasant experience. The eye exam was easy, comprehensive, and informative. Dr. Patel and staff do an impressive job. Ansley was so very helpful in finding the frames and lenses that suited my needs. Nicely done everyone!

Dr Poole and all the staff were incredibly friendly! I’ve worn glasses for almost 40 years and they were by far the most detailed staff. They explained everything well, gave me multiple options, helped me pick out frames and took care of everything I needed. Great experience!!
