Dr Lee is very professional and friendly. She was also patient with my little kid and in explaining everything and answering my questions. The front desk ladies are nice and friendly too. I am very satisfied with my first visit and would like to introduce them to my other family members and friends!

I'd like to thank you for working with me on my prescription and new glasses. Originally, when I came into your office, I had a slight bad taste in my mouth from another optometry that under-prescribed me. I felt like I had wasted money for 3 years in a row, getting glasses that provided marginal vision improvement. While I admit that the experience helped steer me in the right direction, I feel that coming to you was the right call for me. Not only did you allow me to voice my concerns about my previous prescription, you listened to my requests, and worked with me to get what I wanted out of a pair of glasses. I originally ordered a pair of sunglasses though you, and they were so good, I decided to get 2 more pairs (sunglasses + reading)! Luckily, this all happened around the time my insurance reset my benefits, so it helped immensely with the cost.

We’d been going to an optometrist in a (wholesale facility) for YEARS. We thought that an “eye exam” was just the basics-how THEY did it for us. When my husband and I decided to try East Bay Vision Center for our exams this year, we did not realize just how THOROUGH our exams should’ve been in the past :(. The optometrists at East Bay are very detailed in explaining everything. They speak calmly- making sure we understood exactly what they were examining. The entire staff is courteous and the facility is CLEAN as well.
Btw- I’m not discrediting the optometrist we used to see. It’s just we know NOW how quickly they used to move us through our appt. Because of the positive experience at East Bay Vision, they’ve gained all 5 of us in our family as new clients and I’m very satisfied.
