I was due for a fresh eye exam and updated prescription. So I ended up going to EME, due to all the great reviews online. I was definitely not disappointed! Jodie and Sisa are the best! Not only were the they very friendly and had a great sense of humor, they knew their stuff! I clicked with them immediately. Personalities aside, I was very impressed, Jodie did some of the insurance leg work for me when some discrepancies came up. They call back, they follow through and check back in! Seems to be harder and harder lately to find companies that actually have customer service, and great rapport with customers. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed!

Jody is a life/job saver! Broke my frameless progressive glasses. Couldn't find anyplace to fix them in the 1 week before I leave town for work. EME was referred to me by a happy client. Not only did Jody fix my glasses in an hour but she also gave me a great repair kit and a much needed hug! Can't recommend her enough!

Switched over to this optometrist a few weeks ago and have loved it. My first visit was amazing. I tore my contact and called on a day they were closed. They revived my message and got me a new one that day. The staff is amazing and am so glad I found East Millcreek Eyewear!

I've been wearing glasses for more than 40 years, and Jodie is the best I've been to in several different states. Her personal attention is peerless; she has an excellent selection of cutting-edge frames (and also some less dramatic ones, to fit every taste; also she has many very reasonably-priced ones); she has superb doctors to help with even tricky exams. She also fixed some glasses I bought elsewhere (will never do that again) after six different "professionals" had tried and failed. As others have commented, East Millcreek and Jodie are simply the best.
