Wow! I called Eddie Test DME today hoping for help with getting new rubber tires on my husband's manual wheelchair; barring that, I was prepared to beg for a short-term rental. Sharon and John were both so kind and helpful, AND John was able to do the repair/replacement quickly! Thank you so much for your help, we'll recommend you every chance we have!

I need a bi-pap it is a life or death situation my o2 continuously goes down through the night to the point I’ve died 3 times think god my wife has nursing they told me it’s not lucrative enough for them to supply one so no they do not give a about the people in the community it’s not that they make nothing on it it’s they don’t make enough to please them so I hope they get taken over by a company that cares about supplying people with what they need not just what lines their pockets with more. Ya garbage company Areocare is a better place to do business.

Ms. Test greeted us immediately and showed us the lift chairs. She is funny and knowledgeable. Her son also joined after taking care of other customers and made suggestions to save us money. We are so happy with their service. We just wish they were closer so we could use them more frequently

I obtained a CPAP unit from here in Jan. of 2012 and called today to ask if they had records of my prescribing doctor as I could not remember his name. I was put on hold for a short time and they replied they would have to go to their archives. I suggested they could return my call when able and they agreed. They called within one hours time with the info I requested. Great follow through for a strange request by me for info over 11 years old. The lady was very pleasant handling my request providing just perfect customer service which these days is getting hard to find. Good job!

The ladies at that establishment are just wonderful. They took the time to test my knee scooter, even rode them themselves to test the breaks, tested the height beside me to be sure that I fit it perfectly,and all together they were just very kind to me and others that came in the store as I was there. I would refer them to anyone needing products like I need, a knee scooter. Great place!!

Always so helpful with all the equipment we need. They file the insurance for us. Very knowledgeable about equipment. Love this company. If they don't have it will give recommendations on where you may be able to get it. They have had to order some things for my husband and had it delivered to our home so we didn't have to make an extra trip. Thank you Eddie Test...

Love this store so much. I called one day for an item I needed for my special needs daughter and they advised to come in. They had a box sitting waiting for me. I had to have this item since we were just getting home from surgery and would have not made it through the night without it. Eddie test is my number one go to for medical supplies.

Thanks to John & Katie my mother is finally getting a hospital bed after another medical supply company told me they didn’t have all the parts for a bed for her, after they got it approved with Medicare! I then called their Chattanooga location & was told they didn’t have a bed in their warehouse and she suggested I check Goodwill? Then that same medical supply company passed her case over to Eddie Test’s to take care of..Thanks Other medical supply company you actually did us a favor. How is it possible that a large Medical Supply Co. cannot have the parts needed for a patient a bed? 🤷‍♀️
