I have bought several pair of glasses at your store, partly because of the selection and partly because Sharon is such a wonderful manager, sales woman and representative of your line.. She is knowledgeable, focused and has a great attitude. With many choices in fashionable eyewear, I return to your store, mostly because of Sharon!

Very nice people. Great selection of glasses. But correction lenses are very poor quality and not durable at all. This has happened multiple times to me at Eddy Beiner where, in just a few months, small bubbles appeared. I have owned glasses for over 25 years and this is a first for me.
Buy the frames if you like them, but don’t get your lenses fitted there. You’ll just be going back over and over to have them replaced.

Me and my husband buy glasses every year here and do our eye exam. I will say that we love their selection, attention to detail, and the team is absolutely the best. Although, the parking situation has gotten out of control and i have had to pay $20 to park for 30 minutes in this store. That should be sorted. Eitherway, i will find a way to walk or uber here since i live nearby.

these guys are amazing! I bought a pair of sunglasses with them and the service they provide is unparalleled. I came back after buying them and they tightened them up for me and gave me a microfiber cleaning cloth. I highly recommend them.

Not only is the eye exam the best I ever had, but also the quality of the lens they use is far superior to what I had before. Staff is knowledgeable & professional (Sharon is great) and the choice of eyewear is both classic & edgy. I am thrilled.

Excellent Place! I give it 10 stars if I could. I stopped by to see their selection. My current prescription Cartier glasses were broken and Ali was amazingly helpful. I explained what had happened with Visual Eyes in Boca (see my previous review). She took the time to explain how she will call Cartier for me and see what she can do to help. Then the manager overheard and saw how I had tape on one of the legs and went ahead and fixed them for me! This place is what I call First class service!!! They absolutely gained a customer. Thank you so much !!!!!

By far the best assortment of glasses I have ever seen in on store. The sales staff is phenomenal - super experienced, so helpful and patient, and superb follow up. If I have issues with any of the prescriptions they take care of it right away. Been shopping here since 2020 and it’s always been consistent.
