We have bought many glasses in our time and have never had glasses that have totally lost the tint and the anti glare disappear . They DO NOT stand behind their lens nor have we ever been to an eye glass store that doesn't stand behind their product . Glasses are less than 2 years , stored properly and not heavy wear . Extremely disapointed with this Optical store .

My wife came into Edward Beiner Eye Wear at the Waterside Shops in Naples FL about a month ago with a broken arm on her Maui Jim sunglasses that were purchased about 3 years ago. Emily saw to it that we had a top notch experience! She collected the glasses that day. She called right afterward to let us know the status of the repair. The part was ordered and she repaired the glasses and returned them to her within 3 weeks. Our treatment was polite and professional and for that reason and our previous treatment when the glasses were purchased we will continue to be loyal Edward Beiner customers !

Though I purchased new glasses “up North”, they were never properly adjusted to fit correctly so as a seasonal Florida resident, I was in the uncomfortable position of needing to ask for help from a store I had never bought anything from. Not only did Emily spend time adjusting my new frames, she understood that my “backup” glasses needed serious attention as well. She really knew what she was doing - and I left Edward Beiner Optical with two wearable pairs of glasses. She would accept nothing for her efforts and was very kind.
I was treated better at Edward Beiner than I have been over the years at the high end optical stores in Boston area.

Update 6/22. After the lenses kept falling out, finally took the glasses to Lens Crafters who showed me that the curvature of the lenses from Beiner were incorrect for the Frames(which were damaged by attempting to force the lenses into the frames. Thats why they wouldn't stay adjusted and the lenses kept falling out. So I had to buy new Lenses and Frames from Lens Crafters. My Past Review starts here...Brought my glasses back for an adjustment. They told me my glasses "weren't loose, it's just hot outside." She said she "didn't want to try to adjust them." I went to another glasses store where I had also purchased glasses. They agreed they're loose and adjusted them on the spot. My glasses fit great now. No longer loose.
