I loved my experience at Edward Beiner. I went to the store on Sunset Drive. I parked easily parking in the back of the building. The staff was quickly able to chose the right pair of sunglasses for me. They read the script from another pair of glasses I had. Everything was smooth. My glasses were ready in a week as promised. Everyone was delightful. I have been a customer for a decade now and I hope to be for another decade.

My husband thinks I love to shop for shoes, which I do, but I do love to shop at Edward Beiner Eyewear in South Miami. The variety of frames in the store and the service provided by Lily and Dawn is outstanding. They both have an amazing talent for picking just the right frames for me to try on. They are patient, detailed, and professional, and can help even the most indecisive (well, who wouldn't be with all the wonderful choices of frames) buy the right glasses. Even better, they serve espresso for the ultimate concierge experience. I tell all my friends to shop at Edward Beiner.

I have been a customer since 2013. First off, Dawn is excellent at providing service in terms of helping me pick out frames that are particularly flattering to my face and adjusting them to perfection. As important, the lens that Edward Beiner crafts are of the highest quality. My vision has never been better. I purchased two sets of Retrospect frames a few years ago; these are antique 1920-1940 vintage. One set developed a hairline fracture and Edward Beiner had the frames fixed by replacing significant parts without cost to me as the consumer. Great products, great service, great experience. This is the ultimate in customer satisfaction!

My wife Nancy and I have been customers of the South Miami store of Ed Beiner for over ten years. We consider eye wear part of fashion and know that whenever we enter the store that we are going to be dazzled by the incredible amount of current collections always available to us. Dawn has been our eye wear specialist over the years and always guided us to just the right look. I don't think there's another place in Florida where you find the selection, quality, service and personal care that Ed Beiner provides. Additionally they stand behind their products always there to help with adjustments or minor repairs when needed.

If you're not buying your glasses here you are making a mistake. I walked into this store without a clear idea of what I wanted, but I walked out with the best pair of glasses I have ever owned. I could write paragraphs on the helpfulness of the staff, the pride they have for their eye glasses, or the confidence you will feel wearing them. But I wont, it's an experience worth your while that you don't need spoiled by me.
