Informed to get blood work on Tuesday, order not placed at Lab, family clinic front desk doesn’t know what happened. Get a call the same day to make sure bloodwork is done before Friday appointment….ok. Friday appointment at 11am show up at 1045 check-in…..they checked in the wrong person I understand there were 3 people with the same last name, but figure your stuff out. 2x one week multiple hours wasted, clown show

Excellent medical team. Dr Ledferd is a superb Doctor and his entire staff are to be commended for their professional and respectful care. I'm a wounded warrior and have unfortunately been seen by too numerous to count medical teams. Dr. Ledferd's clinic is one of the best clinics I've experienced. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Next day appointment, immediate diagnosis, immediate confirmation by ultrasound. Immediate treatment. What else could anyone ask for? Great teal, great Doctor and great clinic.

Takes a month+ to get an appointment. They rescheduled my wife's appointment time to earlier in the day and forgot to tell her so she missed the appointment and has to wait another month. One of the worst military clinics I've been too.

I came to the ER one day and they had me do a UA. They gave me a cup and some sort of wipes but gave me no instructions on what to do with them. Went to the restroom and there was no instructions in the restroom either.

They ended up having to do a send out test for me, and there was a problem with the test and it was rejected by the reference lab. Even though it was rejected, they made no attempt to contact me to recollect a sample.

Another time I was at the ER because I urgently needed medicine for my eye. I told them the medicine I am usually prescribed and they were unsure of what it was. Thank goodness I work in the medical field myself, so I was able to log into their computer health system and show them my prescription history. Even though I told them how to how to do this step-by-step, they just looked at each other like I was speaking another language.

There's a chance the rest of the hospital is good, but the ER is a place of nightmares.

This is the place of my birth and all my youth of everything from when I was really sick or when I had my first bouts of asthma attacks I had gone there since it was a short distance from my old house in Eglin. It's so good to see it again after 21 years and hope that someday I can see it again!
