Pretty good experience but they will not schedule a peripheral vision test on the same day as your check up. They want you to make two separate trips instead of just booking back to back appointments. Only explanation given was that it’s their policy. Switched to Clarkson where they WILL do it. Would love to support a local business, but not if they’re going to make it difficult for no reason.

Spent over $500 here on contacts and eye exams
When I asked for my pupillary distance they told me I could figure it out myself since I wasn’t purchasing glasses from them.
I felt this was a very rude response and we always have an unpleasant experience from one employee in particular here

My son had an eye injury at school, and I brought him to Eigenbrodt Vision Center to be evaluated. They were able to see us the same day, and the staff were all amazing and so attentive. The office was lovely, and we received excellent care from Dr. Oliver. She was exceptional and treated my son with such a calm, reassuring manner. We will absolutely return here for any other vision related needs!

I called ahead to see how late they stayed open. It was close to 4:30. They said they stayed open late that day. I told them I was on my way to pick up my new glasses. When I got there I didn’t make it to the front desk. The staff person called me over to come to her station. She had pulled my glasses and was ready to fit them on me. They knew my name and were waiting for me. I really appreciate how they recognize the customers. They are very thorough, helpful and personable.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Eigenbrodt since I was 16. For 30 years he has been kind and caring, thorough and never made me feel rushed. His office is welcoming, friendly and always tidy and clean.

Dr. Eigenbrodt is wonderful. My children and I have been seeing him for years and always have a great experience. He explains everything very well at each visit and makes all of his patients feel comfortable. The staff is great too. They are extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Eigenbrodt Vision Center!
