Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They did not rush the exam. Took their time. Dr Robateau , very knowledgeable. Took her time and answered any questions I had. Felt like the most complete eye exams I've ever had. Will definitely be my regular eye dr.

I took my daughter here for an eye exam. I must say this is the best customer service and experience I’ve had at an eye doctor. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The doctor was nice and knowledgeable. We usually go to the more commercial places and it’s more transactional. Not here though and I love. The only thing I will say is they’re more expensive when it comes to purchasing the glasses, even with insurance. I decided to just get my daughter’s prescription because I can’t drop a lot of money on a pair of glasses for a child who might break/lose them. Overall, I highly recommend.

I'm rating 5 stars because Dr. Moreland is very attentive to her patients, over all my visit to Elevated Eyecare has been good. Wait time was better than expected, selection of eye glasses very good. Glasses came back by expected due date. Price $$ the prices are very competitive with other local businesses. If you primary concern is Great Doctor, good selection and good service, this is your place.

My multiple experiences have all been great, which is why I keep coming back!

Well, at least this was the case until yesterday. While the doc is generally great (and I would rather leave no review than a bad one), yesterday September 4th continuing until today has been my worst experience with this practice so far. I was trying contacts, and after this last visit, one got stuck in my eye, and I've been trying to get it out after having to sleep in it since yesterday because it wouldn't come out. I tried everything I could before calling the office only to get absolutely no help or advice on how to get it out. The person who answered the phone was the absolute worst. As a healthcare professional, I found the lack of actual help appalling. The only reason why I didn't rate this 1 star was before now, they had been very helpful. Now, when I really need the help and I'm stuck with this contact in my eye with no clue of what to do. My eye is red and really irritated, and I got no real help or a try this first, and if that doesn't work, call back, and let's make an appointment. This is not how you treat a patient who is having a real issue that could possibly lead to a much bigger issue. I know losing one patient won't hurt a business, and I'm not trying to. I just wanted help, and I got none. It's quite disappointing to say the least. I should also point out that I never spoke to the doctor. I'm not even sure if she knows how the situation was handled. I do know I feel abandoned and helpless with the end result being a lens stuck in my eye that I need out ASAP.

Love Dr. Hart and the staff at Elevated. This was truly an informative visit. I learned more about the health of my eye than I have in last 5 years of wearing glasses.
