La que me atendió, obviamente latina por su cara, me habló en inglés aún yo hablándole en español. Llegué a las 1710 horas y me dijeron que "ya era muy tarde", cuando cierran a las 1800 horas. Pagué en línea por la cita y resulta que tengo que sacar otro appointment para ir... Nunca más. La peor de las atenciones al cliente.

Excelente experiencia!, habíamos ido a los sitios que aparecen en televisión y tuvimos mal experiencia, menos mal llegamos nos a Danelice y Johny y fueron excelentes con mi familia. Nos asesoraron con todo con profesionalismo! Gracias chicos!!!

I'm 63, been going to different vision centers for years. As the exams have always thorough, it ultimately comes down to the quality of the lenses and frames. I had frames that fell apart within a week or the lenses just weren't quality. Johnny, the optician at Elite Vision, sold me a pair of OVVO frames and Kodak lenses. Boy does he know his stuff! I also wear progressive lenses and the field of view was always in the middle, forcing me to turn my head in the exact direction I'm looking in order to see. Johnny was the only one who explained that it did not have to be like that, there are lenses with almost full field of view. That was in January of 2023. I just went back and had new lenses put in, as my prescription changed. Same frame though, he recommended the OVVO, as they are almost indestructible and very fashionable (he has a set on display hanging from a 50lb weight)! I highly recommend this vision center.

SUPERB SERVICE!!!! My first visit was for my daughter in 09/2023. This was my third location, looking for a good vision center to get glasses for my daughter. Elite Vision sold me just by the cleanliness, the diverse and quality, and the knowledge of what to properly offer. My daughter loved her glasses and when I received my script, I went straight to Elite Vision because I just knew their prices was affordable and I wanted a variety of options to choose from. A portfolio was created for me. Front desk successfully pulled up my information and provided a fax to receive my other records. BLESSINGS I TELL YOU!!!! I haven't seen a better vision center in 12 years. I can't wait to return.
