Es un hospital bueno yo tuve un parto vaginal hace como 3 años atendieron bien a mi y no quería tomar agua y ellas preguntaron por qué yo no quería tomar agua y yo le dijo porque está frío y después ellas dijeron que iba a calentar agua tibia y llego luegó y pienso de escoger lo mismo hospital de mi segunda parto en 02/23/24

I want to commend Officer Chris for his outstanding customer service and compassion during a very stressful time. Last night, my husband was brought to Emory Decatur for a possible stroke, and when I arrived, I was unable to visit him in the ER due to space limitations. I spoke with Officer Chris Anderson who kindly escorted me to the ER to ensure my husband was okay and to make sure he didn’t need my help with translation due to his speech issues.

Once my husband was settled in a room, Chris continued to show nothing but professionalism, empathy, and exceptional customer service. Although the ER was overcrowded with visitors, Chris made sure to politely communicate the one-visit-at-a-time policy to our family. He also helped everyone that came through the door with kindness and patience. At one point, there was a mother who was grieving the loss of her child and became very emotional. Chris was right there, offering her comfort and support in a very compassionate manner.

I felt it was important to share my appreciation for Officer Anderson and His professionalism and care for others made a difficult time more bearable. Thank you, Chris, for being such a wonderful and caring officer when we needed it most.

This is Mrs day I hope that Stacie and yalonda get this but today room 11 around 9-5 y’all did a good job keeping my husband comfortable and making sure I was good he had a kidney biopsy

The ER staff here are great. There is no judgement, they'll be honest with you, and help you out as much as possible. Wait times in the lobby have never been long for me and most importantly, the ER staff are very efficient. I have never had a negative experience at this hospital and they have helped me out immensely several times. I've only experienced admission here once and was made comfortable, and without me even asking, the Dr. did everything in terms of treatment and setting up follow up plans so that I could discharge as soon as possible. I think I was only held for one night. I prefer Emory Decatur over other hospitals in the Decatur/Emory/North Druid Hills area.
