Everyone who attended to me was so nice and had great bedside manner. I am 11weeks pregnant and just moved to GA. After this visit, i feel good about choosing Emory as my labor and delivery Hospital. They provide exceptional care and service.

I had an amazing experience here. I was referred from urgent care on suspicion of a herniated disc in my back. I checked in at 12:01 pm and by 12:15 was fully triaged. Within ten more minutes, I was back in an ER bed - by 12:25! By 1:05 pm I had already seen the staff, had everything I related at triage reviewed with me, knew the plan for my visit, and went down for AND came back from X-ray. By 1:10 I had been given everything I needed by IV and spent the next hour resting in bed while we made sure I reacted well to everything and that my pain was subsiding. I was discharged to pick up meds at the pharmacy before the clock hit 2pm.

Everyone was kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I felt seen and heard by every single person from the moment I walked up to the front desk to the moment I walked out the door after treatment. I was treated with respect and taken seriously - which is a gift for an overweight female with the primary symptom of pain.

I have a lot of health issues which, unfortunately, brings me here a lot. Normally, the doctors are very attentive and kind. Last week, however, I felt dismissed. There is nothing worse than feeling dismissed when you are terrified and vulnerable. The triage nurse decided she knew what was wrong with me. I expressed a pain level 8 to both the doctor and nurse. I was given a muscle relaxer that didn't help, yet it was stated on my paperwork that it "significantly improved" my pain. I left at a pain level 8 which, for someone who has passed a 10mm kidney stone in the past with no pain meds and I was OK at that time, being at an 8 pain level for me is BAD. I left with no answers, at a pain level 8. Today, I am much worse than I was then, but so afraid to seek help. I've been in the medical system for a long time for only being 53, and I am tired of being gaslit and treated poorly. I'd rather be at home dying then to be dismissed again.

Emory at John’s Creek always provides the best and thorough care. I would not be here without the trained doctors that I have had. They found blood clots in both my lungs that other hospitals missed and just discharged me without doing the necessary tests to detect. Thank you to the doctors, nurses, and all staff members for providing excellent care and putting your patients first!! You guys Rock!!!

Good google reviews led me to choose Emory Johns Creek when I needed to visit the ER. From the moment I arrived I was treated with empathy and respect. I was already in distress and the team worked efficiently to get to the bottom of the issue. Specifically, RN Shelby and PA Watson were great. They both listened to my concerns thoroughly and not once did I feel as though they were overlooking anything regarding my care. Even the Patient Access Rep and CT Scan team I worked with were great. As someone who works in healthcare, I am extremely critical of services whenever I visit a facility and can confidently report that my experience at Emory Johns Creek was excellent. I hope I never have to return, but if I do I’d for sure opt for this location.

The best hospital I’ve ever been too! I was in a room within 15 minutes of waiting in the ER and every single staff member from start to finish was absolutely amazing. You can tell they truly care about you at this facility. This was my first time coming here and I genuinely couldn’t have had a better experience. I highly recommend this hospital!

My husband and mine experience at Emory Johns Creek Hospital Emergency Room was good in the beginning of January. Though they have a long waiting hours but their care is very thorough and after care tips were explained properly. We were then referred to the specialist, Dr. Devin, and she is an excellent doctor.
