MUY MALO, LLAME ANTES A LA 1:07 PM Y ME CONFIRMARON LA CITA Y CUANDO LLEGUE ME LA HABÍAN CANCELADO SIN AVISAR. PERDÍ EL TIEMPO, GASOLINA Y MIS HORAS DE TRABAJO. ADEMÁS, LA PRÓXIMA CITA SERÍA A LOS 4 MESES.
ESPERE TRES MESES PARA ESTA CITA. ME PERJUDICARON TOTALMENTE. NI REGRESO NI LOS RECOMIENDO. QUIEN ME VA A RECONOCER MI DÍA DE TRABAJO PERDIDO POR CULPA DE ENVISION.

This is by far the absolute worst eye care office I’ve ever had to unfortunate need to enter. They were the only office that would take my mother’s Medicare for cataract surgery so she had little choice but to use them. Since my father has passed away it has fallen to me to transport mom to appointments of this nature. They were shockingly rude upon arrival. My mother was early for her 1pm appointment as she attempted to check in they rudely told her they are closed from 12-1 for lunch and she couldn’t sign in. Then as we awaited the end of their lunch period my mother received a call from their office cancelling her appointment 15 mins from when it was scheduled. This was the third time they had cancelled her appointment. They certainly don’t care about their patients or their patients wasted time. I’ve had veterinary eye doctors care for my pets with more professionalism and care than this group. If zero stars were an option I would give them a complete utter zero. If my mother needs further care I will take her to Tampa before I subject her to these clowns again.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. It is a long story so I won't spend a lot of time with the sordid details. The biggest problem is the disorganization and the lack of good information. I'll leave it at that.
The doctor who did the surgery was great. The problem is the office staff.
You have been warned!

I have been scheduled for cataract surgery for Oct. 16, since back in July . The Dr. said I should not drive, because my eyes are very bad. Oct. 4 ,they called and cancelled my surgery with no rescheduled date. I have called 2 times and talked to scheduler and as of Oct 16, they still do not have a date for me. I called my medicare insurance plan and they say this is the only Dr. In plan.
Unacceptable health care in my opinion. I will be changing my plan for next year. Unnaceptable!!!!

Absolutely the worst ophthalmology practice ever. Since August I have called there 14 times and could not connect with a live person once. I have hours on hold with their call center waiting for a human to answer the phone. today I spent an hour on hold again Before someone connected and then disconnected the call. I was returning their call at envision eye. They have serious problems. They were past tense my ophthalmologist.

I called this office and spent 40 minutes on the phone listening to recordings. During that time, 2 different people said hello and asked me to hold. Never got any help or info. Zero stars.

I had the best visit to Envision on August 7th. The staff and the Doctor who did my laser treatment was the best! The staff and Doctor was very professional and kind. I was pleasantly surprised how fast it went. Thanks Envision I would recommend this office to anyone. You were the best!

i will never set foot in this filthy, dirty, disorganized and incompetent office again. i have AMD and my insurance changed providers and sent me there. i saw about 4 different practiioners and not one of them checked my retina. i saw Dr. Mungambo, the cataract surgeon, who told me if he removed my cataracts he would probably burst my eyes!!!! Also, i was told by the optemetrist that the optical dept. would be able to put a prism in my eyeglass prescription. False. The optician said he doesn't do that. The facility was dirty both inside and out. Staff were very uncooperative. Don't go there unless you want to become blind. The eyeglass rx they gave me was useless.
