The customer service here was ON POINT! At check-in the young lady was so sweet and I was processed very quickly; there was absolutely no wait time. Dr. Doherty came out for me and was very sweet. He was very accommodating to my very active 2 year old. The exam took about 30 minutes and then I went next door to choose my frames. Again, excellent customer service. I was greeted by a young man who who took care of my needs instantly. It was a 93 degree day and he offered my 2 year old a popsicle while I selected my frame! I’m very very impressed with this organization. It’s kid friendly as the waiting area has toys and books for kids and toddlers. There also coffee, tea and water for clients. I’m very big on customer service as I am in the hospitality industry and these people NAILED IT! Highly recommended! Thanks everyone!!

I went for an eye exam the gentleman is there a nice and pleasant. I think the guy name is Dave or daniel. He treated me with respect and all the questions I ask him about progressive lenses. I have bought a pair of eye glass at Envision eye glasses store at flushing ave in Willamsburg (Brooklyn) store and I was serviced by a Mr Ungar and I was very satisfied at that time. But since I have bought at a few other optical store in Boro park area. But today I have decided I haven’t seen a good reason to go all to Boro park to shop and I was very happy to shop at that time at envision so I will do so. I NEED TO SHARE TODAYS EXPERIENCE IN A GOOGLE REVIEW. I WAS MEET BUT A ENVISION SALES REP. BY THE NAME YOSSI SCHWARTZ A YOUNG HANDSOME PROFESSIONAL AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE HE SERVED ME WITH EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED AND FOUND MY TASTE QUICK MR SCHWARTZ STARED ME TO WHAT I NEED INSTEAD OF BEING OF TRACK. HIS GUIDANCE WAS WHERE I NEEDED IT TO BE. MR SCHWARTZ HAD ALL THE ANSWERS TO MY QUESTION AND WHEN I TOLD Mr SCHWARTZ WHAT MY STLYE AND PREFERENCE ARE HE SHOWED ME DIFFERENT DESIGNS FOR MY TASTE.
I HAVE NEVER BEEN SERVED SO ELOQUENTLY BEFORE BY ANYONE AND BY ANYONE IN THE OPTICAL LINE.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ENVISION FOR EVERYONE WITHOUT SECOND TAUGHT’S. Take my word for it and you will say the same.
Ask for Mr. YOSSI SCHWARTZ AND YOUR EXPERANCE WILL BE THE SAME.

What a wonderful service team envision got. Let me explain. I meet with the two most caring and great attitudes people. Michael the number one technician at envision eye glasses store has set my eyeglasses to the dot, Michael has adjusted my eyewear on his first attempt. Michael also made me feel so comfortable with all my concerns. I have a very delicate script and it can be very difficult for one to figure it out right on the first attempt. But Michael has the know how to. See google review on yossi .
Yossi you are an unbelievable human being, how you help me out and gave me reassurance and to feel very comfortable in coming back for readjustment with my glasses if needed.
The treat my wife had with her new eyewear was awesome and pictures perfect. Tried other in Williamsburg in my years but no one came any where close to envision know how in every area. Envision is A+ in all areas.

The true definition of customer service..

I am on my way to the store now to replace my child's broken glasses for the 5th time this year, since its still under the 1 year warranty I know it will be replaced or fixed quickly and with a smile.
The level of customer service I get every time I visit the store is simply amazing and astonishing at the same time .

the doctor, nice guy, here to help other people who's in pain, not just for the money (like many other..)
the optical, such a nice place. the second when i show up there someone his name Eli, help me from when i walked in till when a got my ready pair of glasses, Even when I changed my mind, he had patience for me on thousand. Eli, you're the best!

Everything was amazing!!! Got contacts for the first time and they take the time to teach you all you need to know. Dr Llambiri is great ! The store next door also offers a variety of frames and people there are so nice . 🙂
