Our experience at Erker’s was wonderful. Cheryl was very nice and helpful, and asked if we would like the opportunity to have a personal stylist. I am so glad I said yes. Sandy was the stylist. She made glasses shopping so fun and enjoyable. Instead of the usual frustration of walking around and trying to guess if various frames would work for me, we sat down and relaxes while Sandy brought many frames to us. She has an expertise in matching frames and frame colors to people. It is an art form! She is so good! The two frames I picked are ones I would never have picked for me and I am so excited to get them! Thank you so much, Sandy and Cheryl!

I bought a nice pair of sunglasses at Erkers. The sales people are so knowledgeable and i really appreciated their opinion as i was making my final decision. Boy do they stand behind their products. I have been back to have a nose piece replaced. They were able to take care of the service right there and then!
