Express Scripts, is there a better way to get me a little bit of medicine rather than creating all this waste?

I placed a called today to have a prescription transferred from Walgreens. The representative I was speaking to sounded super far away so I asked them if I was on speakerphone. They told me “yes”. This is a HUGE issue because that is allowing anyone around them to hear my personal information. I then told them I’d call back and speak with someone who wouldn’t take their calls on speaker. I tried to give this feedback to a supervisor and she pretty told me I was a liar and there’s no way that happened. I told her to pull the call and review it to see to which she refused. Super scary that their reps can work from home and take calls on speaker so that anyone in their home can hear our person identifying information.

Terrible service, they aren’t even a pharmacy. They contract out filling to another pharmacy and for someone claim that they don’t have the phone number or any contact information and if they did they wouldn’t be able to give it out. They could not tell me how much my prescription would cost and said the only way to find out was to fill it and then receive the bill.

Thay are always nice and helpful on the phone. However, that is where it ends. I am forced to use them for my most important Rx. It was a nightmare swapping over to them because I had a delay in receiving my meds. They tell me I can have 3 months filled at a time, but that is no legal for this Rx. So I finally had a weeks worth of extra on hand to help during a delay. So they decided to cancel one of my orders without telling me because I had some extra on hand. Now I am going to once again have a laps in medication. Way to go express scripts. Avoid them if you can.

Not even the doctors like you guys. If I didn’t have to use you I wouldn’t. Customer service 0. Timely delivery 0. Easy access 0. Regularity 0. Each time it’s a new problem. If you have a choice, DO NOT choose express scripts!

If you unfortunately are recommended to Express Scripts or they are a preferred supplier by your insurance, I am sorry. Do not keep an account with them, do not keep a credit card on file, do not ask for automatic refills. They will send you pills even if you tell them not to once they have your information. They will bill you for unwanted pills. The cycle never stops.

Good luck with this shady outfit and I'm sorry if you have to deal with them.

It has taken 10 days for Express Scripts to “process” my prescription and finally ship it. Even with the emergency fill my doctor gave me, I will still have a gap by the time it arrives. Terrible.

I can’t even give these people one star absolutely awful awful!!! You get your scripts about 10 days after you already needed them, they can’t keep there story straight when delivery is going to be worst experience ever!
