Great staff! The front desk personnel were Very professional and polite. The eye doctor was thorough and explained in layman’s terms any current conditions as well as future eye concerns.

Kudos to the eye exam technician. Great conversationalist and personality. Loved his mild sense of humor and slow smile.

With the exception of the “no public
bathroom” policy, I will definitely rate the store as 5 stars. The bathroom policy should definitely not apply to LensCrafters customers!!

I’ve always had a good experience at this location. Dr. Artrip was great and moved through patience swiftly while still providing great care and answering questions. It was pretty busy with everyone trying to utilize benefits before losing them but she was moving. She found me the best contact lens that I have ever felt. She even gave me a pair for my husband to try because he was struggling with the current brand. She was awesome!

I schedule my eye exam 3 weeks ago. On my appointment day I filled out all required information. I was only expecting a normal exam as I have in previous years. I was informed that I had to get retinal imaging done and my insurance didn’t cover it, I tried to opt out of it but I was told that the imaging is part of the exam and I would be charged $39. I gave 2 stars because I feel it is important to inform patients of what there responsibility before the appointment day so I could have the ability chose to go somewhere else in an adequate amount of time. Lastly, I waited over an hour to be seen. I won’t be going back for eye exams ever again.

The front desk ladies were very professional when I checked in for my appointment. The technician was friendly and did an excellent job of taking photos of my eyes. Dr. Durant was very knowledgeable in explaining how the prescription that I needed would work in my eyeglasses. I will definitely be going back for my yearly eye exam

Staff was nice. They had some issues though. My first visit was rescheduled the day before my appointment bc they didn’t verify my insurance in time. Then when I checked in at the rescheduled appointment, front desk proceeded to tell me that they almost forgot to verify again. I was handed my script for my glasses and it was the wrong patient with wrong info on it.

I love the doctor here. She was incredibly detailed, communicative , and caring. It was my first appointment so I was slightly nervous but from the first batch of tests by a great asssistant to bathe final tests by the doctor , it was great! However, from the initial tests conducted by a highly competent assistant to the final examinations conducted by the doctor, I was thoroughly impressed. I would not hesitate to recommend this office to anyone seeking quality medical care.
