Lost the bridge pad on my glasses and the left side lense was loose. They replaced both bridge pads and replaced the screw that was worn on the left side. When I asked how much Ms Peyton said no charge. This was a breath of fresh air to me. I would like to thank her for her kindness and professionalism. The overall feel of the store was open and very organized. I would recommend them to anyone needing glasses. They have a very large selection to choose from. My sincere, thanks to Ms. Peyton.

So excited to find that Dr John W Baldwin has joined the staff here. I went yesterday to get HELP for something that had gotten in my eye (suffered for 2 days) and it was terribly infected. The staff got me right in and the doctor got the particle out. so relieved. We were just chatting and he let me know that Dr Baldwin was in that practice as well. For those of you in the area for a bit of time. He was the optometrist at the Walmart Vision Center for years and very active in the Boy Scouts in Spalding Co.

Absolutely great place. Great environment and Ms. Brittany was absolutely amazing on helping my 2 sons and I out and answering every question we threw at her, and I can't thank her enough for all of her help!
Ms. Brittany is very knowledgeable and makes you feel like you're family. I Highly recommend everyone going and checking them out at either location.

We love Eye Can See! I don’t feel like I had to spend an arm and a leg to be able to see. Brittany was a big help when we had to find my son replacement frames for his lenses. I highly recommend Eye Can See Zebulon.

I got a pair of glasses here last year and today a pair of sunglasses. Both times the staff was amazing. They have a great selection of men’s and women’s designer frames and budget frames plus sunglasses.

10/10 DON’T RECOMMEND
Went to the Zebulon location in March/April ‘22, wasn’t impressed with Dr Noble, was given most basic of basic eye exams and the Rx he gave me was worse than what I went in with and I ended up getting new lenses cut with my old Rx. I was also told he was about to retire.
Fast forward to April ‘23 decided to give them another shot and scheduled another appt, because I was previously told that Dr Noble was retiring. Was very unpleasantly surprised when he stepped out and called my name for the exam. I should have just paid the cancellation fee and walked out. But I didn’t. So, once again, I received the most basic eye exam, and when I expressed my concerns about possibly needing bifocals, he dismissed me by saying I’m too young to need them and wouldn’t even consider them for me. I’m 43. Now, I’m constantly having to take my glasses on/off all through the day so that I can see what I’m doing. It’s very frustrating when bifocals would have solved this issue for me.
When the lenses finally came in, they were cut a tad too loose for my glasses. The Rx also isn’t correct, so I have a dull headache constantly. But I’ve just dealt with the issues rather than having to deal with this place again.
Also- on top of the cost of the eye exam and lenses, which wasn’t too bad, I was charged $40!! for using my own frames! Frames, I might add, that I purchased FROM THEM, the previous year! And, they still carried that style, so it’s not like they had to do make any special cuts for my glasses. My insurance only covers frames every 2 years. I’ve been wearing glasses my entire life and have never been charged for using my old/own frames!
Needless to say, come April ‘24, I WILL NOT BE SCHEDULING WITH THEM AGAIN!!

Wonderful service, knowledgeable staff offering a wide array of frames from many top designers. The exam was thorough and the doctor very friendly. Will definitely return!
