Great service! Very professional Staff & Doctor. Staff made it easy to setup our appointments. They also sent confirmation & reminders. They provided options for purchasing frames & lenses along with cleaning supplies. They did an amazing job keeping us informed on what they were doing regarding our care. I went for my first exam yesterday. The staff was so warm and welcoming. Dr. Cope was amazing. She explained everything in detail and took her time with the examination. I felt at ease. They also have a great selection of frames. I highly recommend Dr. Cope.

Eye Care One here in Beaufort has tended to my vision needs for over 10 years now. Though office staff and doctors have changed, I’ve never felt my care lacking, nor compromised in any way. Their business model and hiring algorithm must work considering that no matter whose hands I’m in, I always feel like an old, comfortable and welcomed guest. 👏🏾

BEST EYE GLASS PLACE in Beaufort by far! Their prices are GREAT and their expertise and service made me feel very comfortable there. If I could give them 25 stars I would. I included picture because now I will be able to see those I love better!! Her name is Luna.

I had my first eye appointment yesterday, and I felt the warmth and friendliness when I walked in. Thank you Dr. Cope, and ladies who helped me through the process.

I was there yesterday for a routine eye exam, Dr proceeded to do that exam and then when it comes time to pay my bill the Dr added another exam charge $60 I never asked for and never received, so they not only charge my insurance in full, but charged me $60 out-of-pocket for an exam that she did not do. ( I should never have been charged for that, and I am pursuing the charge with my credit card company for a full refund on the exam that was never performed ). If that wasn't bad enough when I checked out and I was explaining I did not get that exam the doctor proceeded to turn around and walk away from me while I was still talking. When I asked for a copy of my prescription, they handed me some papers which I found out an hour later, the exam and personal details for a completely different client had been given to me, I called and asked for a copy of my prescription and told them what happened, but they were very short on the phone, not even an apology regarding giving me somebody else's sensitive information. Isn't that a HIPAA violation? Last year the service was lacking but not enough to not go back, but after yesterday, my husband and I will never walk into that building again, and I will be posting the fiasco publicly to warn others to be very careful with their private information if attending this location and also to state upfront, they want the exam they came for and not a bunch of additional charges. Come to find out later that the prices they quoted me for new glasses were over double what another local optometrist does. BEWARE Of your personal information if you go to this location, anybody can get it
