Dr. Patel treated me for conjunctivitis. He was extremely thorough in evaluating my situation and explained the underlying causes, treatment plan, and next steps in a very "easy to understand" way. Dr. Patel accommodated me with an emergency appointment which I truly appreciated. He is a highly experienced professional with a patient-friendly approach. The office is very modern and comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel! The cleanliness and modern style of the office, rooms, and equipment was immaculate; the front desk staff was quick, friendly, and informative. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM (I showed up a few minutes late (12:10), was seen immediately after walking in the door, and didn’t even have to sit down in the lobby. Once I was in a room, Dr. Patel introduced himself, and he was very friendly and professional. He then performed all of the tests quickly and efficiently, explained what each test was for, and then explained the results of each test, asking if I had any questions about anything during the entire process. I was in and out of my appointment in about 20-25 minutes total. Definitely will be returning to Dr. Patel for all my future eye care.

No respect for patient's time. Arrived early for a 1 pm appt, only to sit and wait in exam room for 20 min, before asking front desk for update, and told by doctor, '5 more min'. I took time off from work for this appt, arrived early and would not have been seen until 1:25 at the earliest. That is not a way to run a business or treat people. There are many other eye care options around, which I will gladly support with my business since they did not seem to value it.
