My daughter came to this location and was played. Warning there is no refund policy !! You are not told about this at all. Nothing is explained to you about the lens, the non glare tints. You explain what you need, they tell you they don't make bifocals, only progressives. They test your eyes make your order. You receive your glasses. You are stuck with what you get. I had my glasses sent back to get the blurry issues and they even had my prescription right , sadly defective lens. They also had this terrible blue glare from the tint that was coated on the glasses. I did ask for anti-glare only. They put the top of the line with the blue light blocker. I was to the point I went back to my readers because I could not wear the glasses without getting a headache. The lady that helped me the second time was much more detailed and she agreed I may do better with bifocals like I originally asked for that she said they do carry. This is when I learned they don't give you any of your money back. She gave me her managers phone number to call which later we figure out she gave me the wrong number. They just make your new glasses and keep the extra money. My first order was made extremely expensive .My original bill was about $1300 . She had the bifocals made I was so excited when she called, I arrived, as I walked in the door I was greeted, and then told by the lady that tested my eyes that was sitting in the front desk "I need to stop coming back. She asked what am I here for now for ? I politely told her " I am here to finally get my glasses . I was shocked by this comment because I this is my third time coming in 3 months. I was called to the desk to pick up my glasses to see the frames were bent. The lady heated them up to bend them back. The bifocal reader lens are misaligned . I knew right away I am not going to get anything better at this place. I asked for the adjustment receipt from my insurance and for my payment. The lady claimed they never sent it. I later called my insurance company to find they were never contacted for the cheaper pair of glasses. I am back to readers. Worse experience ever and I do not even understand why I was talked to as if I was bothering them just to pick up my glasses. I was polite and i did wait very patiently.3 months !!

The staff is very rude and defensive. You can’t even ask questions without them taking it as an insult. Never going back.

Also they said I have astigmatism. For a whole year I had irritated eyes. The next year (2 weeks ago) I told them of my concerns. They didn’t do anything different or even look into it. Just a regular cookie cutter appointment. I bought pair of glasses thinking my issues were contacts. They immediately gave me headaches. Got a second opinion and was told they way over corrected for my astigmatism. I would have went two years in a row, just misdiagnosed. Even though I told them my problems started as soon as they prescribed me new contacts for astigmatism. Even though I should follow up with them I’m just going to start over some where else. I don’t trust them and don’t care about them talking down to me for dare questioning them.

*UPDATE*
My wife talked me into going back since they did collect from my insurance. This time the actual Eye Doctor gave me an exam instead of a tech. So far my contacts are better and she gave me advice about my glasses. Which I wish I would have been given the first time.

Also, Despite the reply to this post, a representative of the company never called me. They just posted that reply to this review so people think they followed up to make sure they righted a wrong. They didn't. I had to reach out to them for a follow up.

The examination went very well. Just a couple of issues I hope you can correct for future patients. First I was told that my contacts would arrive in a couple of days I went back after a week. They had not arrived. Another week went by still no contacts. The person finally looked back at the records to find out that the order was entered in your system but the supplier was never notified to fill the order. Once this was accomplished I received the order in a few days. Second issue I applied for a rebate from the contact lens manufacturer. I send a copy of the invoice as required. The manufacturer denied the rebate because your invoice was not detailed enough with the lens description. Please include more details on your invoice so future patients. Thanks

I was happy that I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly. The staff was friendly. They were very busy when I went to pick out a pair of glasses. I would have liked some assistance as to what pair suited me best, but I was on my own. Overall, it was a good experience and I will use them again.

I went to this eye centers after a horrible experience with a different company! The entire staff is incredibly nice and professional! Excellent selection of frames and options for lenses and affordable prices!! The best part of whole experience though is the staff they make you feel welcome and very happy with your purchase and eye health!!!!

I went in to have a fitting for contact lenses and also got a pair of glasses. On my first visit I thought they were ok but my issues came in after I received my items. The glasses that I received I could not see anything out of them! Returned them and the gentleman was trying to tell me that they were as prescribed and the material was different yadda yadda, end result is I can not see through them and they needed to be corrected. My contact lenses were another issue. They did not perform as they were supposed to so another set was to be special ordered. Now my first "special order" came back in 3 days, the new pair, I was told one month! But they BOTH were special orders!! I think the delay in the second pair was because I had come back. So i am waiting now to see how long this will take to be resolved.
