Although we have been seeing Dr. Roth since 2006 on a yearly check-up basis. I haven't always written reviews because I mentally give him 5 stars after every visit that my daughter or I make. He is still an excellent optometrist and a super fun and nice person. His business is still thriving in Miami Beach after 30 years. His huge selections and brands of glasses and sunglasses are topnotch. His office is glamorous and very well organized! We love to shop there!

I would also like to thank Phil de Souza, the Director of Eyecare & Retail Operations, for his meticulous and careful selection of eyewear for my daughter and me. He has great taste and a talent for choosing eyewear that suits the personality of the customer.

I highly recommend Dr. Roth for your eye exams and eyeglasses.

Parking is convenient next to his building and is wheelchair accessible. He is located in the heart of South Beach.

This is the best eyecare establishment to which I have ever been. Not only is it a pleasant space in its interior decor and supplies, but also the people working here (from the reception to the doctors) are professional, kind, and helpful!
I was in Miami for a visit and had an emergency situation with my eyes. After calling around looking for help, it was Cindy at Eye Desire reception who immediately worked to help me get an appointment! Upon arrival, I was met with the most kind service. Dr. Roth listened to my concerns and knew exactly how to treat my eye condition. 2 days later and I am seeing significant healing for my eyes.
I truly cannot recommend this establishment enough! Go here for all your eye care needs!!

On vacation, we had a problem with our prescription glasses. We went to this optician to fix them. They were super nice and professional, fixed them for us in 2 minutes. They have really nice eyeglass frames. We highly recommend him.

Doctor is nice and knowledgeable. The staff not so much. The first day I came to do my eye exam and they did a lot of tests not included in the eye exam. They didn’t tell me these were additional and not covered with my insurance until they charged me. They didn’t even ask if I wanted these additional tests.

After I placed my contact lenses prescription, I ordered them for pick up at the Miami beach location. When I went to pick them up, this lady with curles named Isabel I believe, told me I ordered them at the downtown location which I did not. I didn’t even know they had a location there. She didn’t even apologized and just kept saying I ordered them at the wrong location.

While visiting Miami, I had an eye emergency. My contact lens was stuck to my eye. The hotel referred me to Eye Desire and made the call to get me in. Upon arrival, I was greeted and seen right away by the doctor. The lens was removed and the eye examined for any possible scratches.

The clinic/ eyeglass boutique is beautiful, clean and comfortable. They have a team that are professional, kind and caring. The front desk took care of my paperwork and even secured payment from my vision VSP insurance. Overall impression, Eye Desire provides excellent customer service, high quality medical eye services and is conveniently located in South Beach area.
