I should have taken the bad reviews to heart before booking at this place. The physician was kind and helpful but I have experienced abysmal customer care otherwise. First of all, they need to fix their phones because you are highly likely to be disconnected anytime you are out on hold. The woman who checked my eyes (not an MD) was very rude to me during the pre-procedure evaluation and did not make me feel confident that my prescription was correct before she dilated my eyes and shooed me away. Two weeks later I received my glasses. Guess what? The prescription was incorrect. You only have 30 days from the original appointment to schedule a prescription verification without being charged so now I have to scramble to change my work schedule and accommodate the Wednesday or Friday dates that are available in this time frame. I was trying to do this schedule shuffle while on the phone with the office and the receptionist was short with me. I probably won’t even bother to schedule with them again to avoid the headache.

The physicians and some techs are helpful, but the entire operation is in a word, as others have written, chaotic. No one calls back upon request, they can't update addresses successfully in their records, and they request the same information repeatedly. We tried getting new eyeglasses from their shop at the end of the year, but they said that they needed an updated prescription--something the doctor neglected to record in an appointment from August. This required an entirely new eye exam that was unnecessary as it confirmed the previous prescription. If this place weren't so close we wouldn't have returned for years, and we are now planning to find another resource for our eye and vision health.

Had an appointment for my mom. Briana was our tech. She was very patience and thorough with my mom. She is very knowledgeable about her job and had a great attitude. Dr. Thomas was our doctor. He has great bedside manner and was knowledgeable about my mom's issues.

I needed an emergency visit on a Friday because I thought I scratched my cornea. They were able to squeeze me in and everyone was efficient and friendly. I am so thankful I went in Dr. Menin took her time and found a foreign object under my eyelid. I had immediate relief. Overall an amazing experience and I’m so grateful!

RUN, DONT WALK, AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Came to this office with an emergent situation in August 2024 with a follow up on September 2024. Received my bill and noticed fraudulent billing practices. Called the billing office Dec 2 for correction, and the billing manager, Dorian, told me I didn't understand and passed my off to speak with a tech.

The tech, Austin, finally called me back and told me Dr. Shah and his team would look into it.

Stanley finally called me back, about 2 weeks later and fluffed and flawed and never could actually answer my questions and passed me off to his supervisor, Tara, who has yet to call me back, a week and a day later.

Called the office to again speak with someone, after being on hold for 15+ minutes to be hung up on, here I am writing this review.

I have given this office a chance to fix their 'mistake' and now will be going to the state with this matter. Plenty of geriatrics are in the waiting room that I know this office is taking advantage of.

Maybe now they'll attempt to fix their wrong? Probably not.

If you have 3 hours to kill sitting in a very chaotic doctor’s office, this is the place for you and I am not exaggerating. I went in for a consultation for a growth on my eyelid and had to wait in multiple waiting rooms to be seen. I waited 3 hours to be seen by the doctor who referred me to another doctor!! I left work for this appointment!
The office was a zoo. I watched doctors go in and out of the patients room very quickly. They dont care about you and clearly just care about the number of patients they see in a day. Also, the rooms were definitely not sanitized! I would not recommend to anyone!! 0 star for me!

This place has violated HIPPA on several different occasions that I as a patient have seen first hand. After being in the medical field for 5+ years I see that this clinic does not take patient care or patient privacy seriously at all. I will be moving forward with a more formal complaint against this company.

BILL

Came back today to get my Prescription Eye Glasses with Prisms checked for accuracy. I was greeted by Camille, an Professional Associate at the office.
I explained my issue. She took time to listen carefully and made adjustments to both my pairs of Lens I had filled there a few months ago. She advised me to try the adjustments out for a week and get back to her.
Thanks to Camille and understanding, I believe already, I can see better.
