When I was a child, even though we lived in poverty, my Mom took me to Erker's Downtown St. Louis for my eye care. They always took care of us. For over a year now, I have not been seeing correctly and I knew it. Clarkson had me thinking my eye sight could get no better. All that changed today when I met and saw Dr. Bruce Neil today. Due to an astigmatism in my right eye, my eye situation is complex. Dr. Neil fixed all of that today! I'm so excited and seeing ten times better than I did all last year. And, he has made the strategy going forward clear. I knew when I saw Eye ROC Eyewear was affiliated with Erkers, this would be a win-win situation. I appreciate the Eye ROC Team!!! Thank You!

I had such a great experience at Eye Roc! The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable which made my decision on frames a lot easier. The selection they have was great and allowed me to discover some very unique looks. I ended up leaving with two pairs of fabulous glasses rather than just one. Their price range was very versatile, one of my frames cost just 220. I would recommend them to my friends, family and acquaintances for SURE!!!!

5/5 stars. I ended up at Eye Roc after browsing my optometrist selection, other frame companies in the CWE, and other nationally known discount brands. At all the above, I found the selections to be overpriced and bland generic. None of the frames spoke to my personality or sense of style. By referral of a friend, I stopped in at Eye Roc since I was in the area. I did not expect to purchase frames after being let down at two other locations. Eye Roc was fantastic. Unlike other stores, the manager and team allowed me to browse without them hovering over me. They did offer a few suggestions and help, but then let me alone unless I needed them. They were polite and courteous. Positive number one. Second positive...the selection and pricing. They have such a wide variety of styles and looks that I spent a good hour browsing and picking out pairs. I was unable to narrow it down from four, so Jason was helpful and worked with me to give me an awesome deal on four pairs! The basics of the lenses covered (UV, scratch, etc) and affordability of the frames let me walk away with multiple frames for what it would’ve cost just for one pair at my optometrist. I will definitely be shopping at Eye Roc for all my needs. They took my prescription and checked me out quickly. This is a local business and I’m happy to support them over a national or regional chain. Jason is amazing, friendly, helpful, and not someone who is going to up-sell you to make a profit. Highly recommend.

Eye Roc has an Amazing team with the most creative, fashionable and appropriately affordable eyewear in St. Louis. I have been trying to find the best new frames for almost a year. I was disappointed by the selection at my Dr.'s office and was very confused by all the numbers and measurements they asked for on some of the cool eyewear sites. So, I surveyed some friends who were hip to the St. Louis local business scene and they all suggested Eye Roc. My experience lived up to the hype from the moment I was greeted by Jason, to the follow-up calls from Cameron and then pick-up when my glasses were ready. I am a fan and will be a returning customer. I found and more pricey frame and Jason assured me that I could use my Vision benefits to receive a portion of my purchase in a reimbursement. It was an easy process and a week later I had my check in hand. So, yes, give them a shot to surprise and delight you with their very cool selection and their joy at helping you find the right look and fit. Jason and Dr. Kate at Eye Roc are the best of the best and I highly recommend them, especially if you have problem eyes like mine and are in need of a very specific lens type. I first went to them with a history of failures at a previous optical shop, but Jason and Dr. Kate were more than willing to take me on as a client. They were able to diagnose my various problems, ultimately finding an excellent solution, and they were cordial and friendly throughout the entire process. I just ordered a second pair!

Bespoke fitting, unequal selection, and lens-making in a fraction of the time. Apparently, one out-of-town company owns many of the local franchises, which may have something to do with the service, selection of frames, and lens manufacture being, well, average. Not so with Eye Roc. Chris is to fine eyewear what a tailor is to fine clothing and he handpicks frames from independent brands to create a smart to bold selection that I haven't found anywhere else. Lenses are made in a lab the others don't use (because the parent company owns the other labs, too) so lenses are finished in one-third to half the time. Save yourself from being disappointed with mediocrity elsewhere and just start here...and come back.

I love eye Roc eyewear because first of all they have bent over backwards to help me out. First time I had helped me when I lost a pair of my glasses and had no insurance. They made it affordable to buy another pair till I got my insurance back. The second time they helped me I had a appointment at 5:30 pm and it was raining and nasty out and I was coming from St peters in rush hour traffic. I ended up running a little over a hour late and they stayed and waited for me. These ladies did not act like they were put out by staying they did their job and was very pleasant about helping me. They definitely go above and beyond to help their customers out. Not to mention they have a big assortment of frames to fit every budget. I like that they have frames that are different from other eye stores. I will always take my business there because of their services and choices of frames. Definitely worth trying out no matter where you live. Thanks Eye Roc for the fabulous service that you do. I will be a customer for lifr.

Can you say awesome! They have really improved their selection and decorum. I have been looking for an eyeglass place that has unique n out of the box frames for a reasonable price. Kudos to Jason(the manager) for your excellent customer service. I will b referring everyone to your store as well as make return purchases myself.
