Everyone one the staff there is extremely friendly, kind and helpful except the woman who helps you get your glasses. She did not want to help me because my insurance didn't cover my glasses and she would have had to wait til I got paid on the first. So she went into her office and got on the phone. Did not offer to help me pick any out to try on or anything. Everything could have been taken care of and then held til the first when I got paid and I like nice glasses like MK, those were my last pair that broke a year ago so she lost out on a big sale.

The doctors and staff are all very friendly, professional and make you feel like they are really looking out for your best interest.
We have been using them for a number of years and they are always on time for appointments and very flexible when necessary.

I am terribly disappointed in the quality of customer service delivered by receptionist and Jen since I was assured she would call me back on Thursday, 11.7.24, but DID NOT! Meanwhile, I am without my contact lenses and cannot see clearly without them. I will have to endure blurred vision over the weekend until they submit order for replacement lenses. Timeline on this concern remains uncertain until I hear back from Jen.

How long does it take Jen to submit replacement order for my contacts with purveyor is the question I ask myself?

Anyway, it is highly doubtful I will ever use Eyecare Consultants again for my eyecare needs after this experience!

My wife went to this office on 9/10 due to a minor eye injury and Dr. Barkey and her staff did a wonderful job not only reassuring and calming my wife, but with the actual handling of the injury. Everyone here seems compassionate and competent. My wife told me she will be coming here from here on out for her eye exams.

The optometrists here are great, but the woman in the eyeglass department is the most rude person with whom I've ever interacted. All visits for my annual exams ended terribly because of her. She acts like you are an inconvenience even when looking to spend $1,000+ on prescription sunglasses and eyeglasses. She is also completely clueless about the products they offer from Oakley and the different types of lenses. Because of her terrible attitude over the years, I have continued to purchase my annual prescription glasses and sunglasses at a completely different facility. I like the optometrists here, but I am considering going elsewhere just to avoid the terrible attitude in the front.

Went for our regular check up. Staff is friendly and courteous. Dr.Alevras gives you good time and discuss your condition and explain next action plans and care needed. Have been with them from past 7+ years and highly recommend them.
