Awesome experience!! These folks are very amicable. They explain in detail what type tests they are doing and why. From the examination to picking out our new specs was easy and hassle free! We are moving to the Grand Lake area and needed to establish with a new optometrist. I definitely think we made the right choice!!

Best eye exam I have ever had! The optometrist was very efficient and explaining everything to me. The rest of the staff treated me with utmost respect. Was highly satisfied with my selection of glasses and was helped to pick out the frame that suited me best. I highly recommend eye care of Grand Lake!

I was very impressed with the quality of care that I received from everyone at Eyecare of Grand Lake yesterday. The ladies at the front desk were friendly to start off with and then proceeding into the exam room I knew I was at the right place for my eye exam checkup! Dr. Barnwell and her aide were amazingly knowledgeable, explained everything completely and thoroughly. Best exam!! Thanks also to the young lady who helped select my frames. Very satisfied with my eye exam visit!

Messing me over on some glasses in plastic frames they ground wrong. I just want a refund cause they can't get them right and will be out of pocket because they ordered them wrong, so they will have to pay for new lenses and don't they apparently dont want to and I don't trust them to order the same quality of lenses. Playing games not reputable.

I wouldn't suggest them to anyone.

Just got a call they heated up the frames and bent them around so they might work now, um no they are now damaged frames.

Lol can't make this stuff up.

Guess they just saw me as a terminal person that didn't really matter anyway.

Update just called me again to explain the bent the frames out to try to make up the bad grind.
So what I heard was we bent the frames and they are not going to fit the way they did when you picked them out...
Lol if they would of just did as they said they was goi g to do to begin with and order new lenses. No of this would be happening g I'd probably have my new glasses by now and everyone would be happy. But no they want to play games on lenses I litterly can't see out of. Smdh
Ppl save your money and go somewhere else.
Lol I don't Want tweaked plastic frames and bad lenses I will never be happy with them.

Well another week has gone by and no return no money back no nothing.
If you go here, and understand no place is perfect, and they make a mistake they will steal your money amd not attempt to make it right.

Don't do business with these ppl they still have the glasses and have not attempted to do anything. SUch ugly ppl DONT THEY KNOW LYING MAKES YOU UGLY AND DOESNT GET YOU VERY FAR.

So now they call me a week ago and tell me they are going to make everything right and refund me and notify my insurance so I can go somewhere else and get glasses. We'll guess what they haven't done yet. That's right...lol can't make this stuff up.
If you do business here your risking never getting your eyeglasses or getting your money back.
Never do business with these ppll they will absolutely treat you poorly? Fail to get you what you have paid for and steal your money. Buyer Beware.

Both Dr. Barnwell and Dr. Yandell are top of the line optometrist. I have never had to wait long in the waiting room and both take as much time as needed for your care. Explanations are thorough, as our are examinations. The staff always meets me with a smile, and when you leave, they feel like friends! I can’t say enough about this office!
