EyeCare Plus is a fantastic practice. The whole staff is very professional and personable. Front desk staff is friendly and easy to work with. We have seen Dr. New for years and he's not only a great doctor but he always walks into the room with a smile on his face. He also explains what he found during your exam and is very patient when you have questions. We will definitely continue using this practice.

Just had to thank everyone there. Picked my glasses up yesterday and I am beyond thrilled with the whole process and end result. Everything is perfect! Last year I went to another eye care place with multiple visits, spending $800 plus dollars with insurance only to have glasses I couldn't use at all. Thankfully glasses are not an absolute necessity, so I was able to wait for this year and my insurance to get them redone. Everyone there is phenomenal. I will be back and will recommend you to everyone I can. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!!!!

Highly recommend EyeCare Plus! I had a great, efficient visit with the eye doctor & their team, & the front desk people are incredible to deal with as well. They had some issues finding my insurance coverage (through no fault of their own) & they went above & beyond to find it & fix it for me, after I had already self-paid and left. (Shout out to Taylor!) I super appreciate the extra effort b/c most medical offices would not do that in my experience.

I like this facility because they value my time and Dr. Ambrosia seems very knowledgeable and efficient. I was called back at my appointment time and was kept waiting for less than 2 minutes. I feel like Dr. Ambrosia and her staff listened to me and that she did a thorough examination.

This was a great experience. I started getting floaters and seeing white flashes and I wanted to get in as soon as I could… And they were able to fit me in the day I called because somebody canceled and they let me know. When I got there, it was a quick smooth process. I was seen fairly quickly and everybody, EVERY person, that I came in contact with was extremely professional and helpful. They were patient and kind,. Dr. Lambert took care of me. Dr. Johnson has taken care of Me in the past I’ve always had a great experience with him too. I. asked Questions and Dr. Lambert was very informative and patient and explained everything that’s going on was going to be OK and it was normal what was happening… It can happen. The next steps are they are going to keep an eye, no pun intended, on my eye and we will take care of my eye accordingly. Peace of mind is what I left with! Great experience!
