We really appreciate this Eyecare center. We have used two different doctors from this location. We have also used two different types of insurance, one of which can be difficult to find someone actually accepting it. I have a special-needs daughter that goes here as well, and they are always very good with her. They also do not get frustrated if you take your prescription and fill it somewhere else. They still treat you with kindness and respect. You do not lose priority with them just because you get your glasses somewhere else.

I have to say, I had a great experience here. Everyone was very friendly, explained everything out very well and I was happy they had a solid collection of frames to choose from unlike the last place I went to a couple years ago. I was suprised they had the newest version of my favorite frames I had bought 10 years ago. Highly reccomend!!

Phillip, at the Warrensburg office, is beyond outstanding! He’s professional, informative, kind, honest, and personable. Takes the time and effort to answer questions without hesitation. If it wasn’t for the fact that I like and trust my optometrist in the Sedalia office, I’d certainly change over to Warrensburg office in a second! Kudos to such a wonderful employee!

The staff here is topnotch! My husband and I went in for exams and ordered new glasses yesterday. We both saw Dr. Kelsey Starman, she was very thorough, polite, and friendly, as was all of the staff there. This morning I realized I had forgotten I had an insurance wellness mastercard that had dollars on it (for qualified purchases like eye glasses) that I could have used to pay for part of the balance. I contacted the office asap and explained the situation. Even though it was my mistake, they were able to find a way to use my card and have a refund check mailed to me. They saved me several hundred dollars and I'm very grateful to them for taking extra time and effort to get me a refund.
Several years ago, before I was a paying customer, they replaced the nose pads on my eyeglasses at no charge when one broke after we moved to Warrensburg.
I definitely recommend this office!

Best experience I've had getting my eyes examined! Dr. Baldwin was great and even explained how my current medicines can affect the health of my eyes long term. And the man who ordered my glasses for me was great in helping me decide what upgrades were best for me, wish I remembered his name. Will definitely come back for any future need. 😊

I had been suffering from migraines for a long time. I’ve been in and out of the doctor trying to figure it out. I finally got vision insurance and decided it was worth a shot to go and get my eyes checked. At this point I had an ongoing migraine for like 2ish weeks, it was effecting my work my home life everything. They got me in super quick and got me glasses all within a week it’s been three weeks and my head is so clear. I am so thankful for their help!
