Every single time I come in they treat me like I'm some affluent individual. Their service is A1and you can really tell they like their profession.
l recently moved to Houston and hadn't been in
since last summer and I stop in to tell tell my story of how another optician was so amazed with the work Eyeclectic performed on my frames. Even though they’re not in Houston, they made sure I was connected with a great optician there. I recommend this store to EVERYONE!!!!!!

We always have such a great experience with Dr. Knouff and her staff! She is friendly, thorough, and so down to earth with our 9 year old daughter. They got her successfully into contacts within five minutes of explaining the process and patiently coaching her through the steps, despite her nervousness. We're forever patients of hers!

Not just an eye exam, but an experience. This office is run so efficiently and well that I wish they ran my other medical appointments! The staff is absolutely wonderful! I have seen both Dr. Nguyen (twice) and Dr. Knouff, and every experience was wonderful. I have dry eye (genes, yuck), and I felt comfortable talking about how awful my eyes feel. I dread the dentist.. dread my PCP.. but I look forward to my eye care with Eyeclectic. Need an eye exam? Make your next appointment here; you will thank me later 😎

BEST optical boutique in Atlanta hands down! This business deserves every 5 star review and I honestly wish I could give them 10 stars. David took care of me and the customer service was stellar. He repaired 2 pairs of my glasses in under 10 minutes and even helped me find a replacement for a broken frame that’s no longer manufactured! He offered some wonderful suggestions and truly went above and beyond. This is the best customer service experience I’ve had anywhere in Atlanta. They have hundreds of frames to choose from, including luxury brands, unique styles and rare finds from Europe. If you’re looking for an optometrist and or optical boutique look no further! Thank me later 🙂

I recently visited Eyeclectic, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service and care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The front desk team was friendly and efficient, and the waiting area was clean, calm, and well-organized.

Dr. Knouff was incredible—thorough and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the entire process and answered all my questions. I felt like my eye health was in great hands, and the entire exam was conducted with the utmost professionalism and precision.

I haven’t had a routine eye exam in a while so I didn’t remember what to expect but I had a great experience! The eye scans and tests were kind of fun, and the staff was great. Dr. Nguyen was very kind and made me feel very comfortable asking any questions I had. She also gave helpful tips for taking care of my eyes, for the present and the future. I left looking forward to my annual appointment next year.

Dr. Nguyen is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. I'm so grateful to have her as my eye doctor, and am always impressed by how attentive she and the entire team are during my visits. I travel outside of my own city to go to Eyeclectic. That's how good I think their service is.
