I enjoyed this place's service. I had an appointment but I had to move it up sooner They were able to squeeze me in the same day. My eye exam went well she talked me through the whole process and made me feel comfortable. I didn't have any insurance for the glasses but they helped find some with my job which was a great help so I didn't have to come completely out of pocket and was able to get discounts. Very helpful with assisting me on finding my perfect frames for my face. Also with setting up the frames based on my lifestyle. I ended up getting 2 pairs of glasses. When I'm ready for contacts I will come back.

My experience at Eyeco Vision was excellent! Making an appointment with Dr. Sung online was so easy and perfect. Her examination was thorough and she took her time which I liked very much. I have been to her many times and it is important to have a trustworthy optometrist.

I really recommend ‘this’ Shop!!
The selection of frames is great, pricing is reasonable and the sales can be amazing.
Most importantly, the service is excellent.

They are absolutely great! They take their time to assist in whatever way they can. Whether it be with trying frames , making recommendations and offering their professional opinion or handling insurance and paperwork or making adjustments, they are professional and kind and expert!! Their opinion on styles of frames turns out to be invaluable when trying on different glasses.
I have tried the many different shops in Williamsburg for eyewear, but find Eyeco Vision is the best for service, quality, pricing and the personal touch.
I am so pleased with my experience at Eyeco Vision.

I type this great review of Eyeco wearing the best glasses I have ever had, having had a recent exam and purchase of said glasses there. I'm somewhat new to glasses (7 years in), but have had a handful of exams at various places. Eyeco was by far the most comprehensive. The staff is excellent and helped me choose the perfect pair of glasses. The glasses accidentally got bent somehow and I stopped by to see if the bend could be adjusted back. Yes! The staff was so helpful and got them back to shape in no time at all.

If they tell you a frame has a lifetime warranty… don’t believe them. They will not honor or acknowledge it

When I bought my glasses, their selling point was that there was a lifetime guarantee from them on a premium frame. That’s why I bought from them.

I was mugged recently and in the process my attackers broke my glasses. I told them this and asked for their assistance on repair or replacement.

The woman who SOLD me the glasses just stared at me and wouldn’t speak. Even to say hi.

I asked them to look me up in their system. They told me their “system changed” and they had no record of me.

I asked if there was anything they would do. Anything at all… One mumbled no while the other still wouldn’t speak… I just walked out.

Please stand by your word if you give it in a sale of glasses that cost more than a months rent…
