Incredible team that truly goes above and beyond!! I was traveling across the country and lost my contact. My doctor contacted the team at Eyedeology and the team called me immediately with temporary contacts. Dr. Patel even walked me through all the basics and the front desk team walked me through after care!

I had a full eye exam today including contact lens fittings. My mom recommended Eyedeology and I can see why. The entire staff is incredibly friendly. The doctor is by far the best eye doctor that I’ve ever seen. She is incredibly patient and will answer all of your questions. I felt very comfortable repeating some questions because the doctor made me feel like it was OK that I didn’t understand some things. The doctor and her staff are phenomenal. Also, the environment is very clean and bright and you feel like you’re in a boutique shop. The glasses selection is very good. I definitely recommend this place.

Had a very good experience here for my first visit. Dr. Patel was not judgmental at all, answered all my questions and was very patient with me during "one or two" phase of the exam for my prescription. They were also very knowledgeable in the frames for glasses/ sunglasses and helped me pick the perfect pair went with my face and skin tone.

I do not recommend this place. I went in for reading glasses and had an expensive 3 zone progressive lens pushed on me that would have been useless and had to argue with them more than once that its not what I wanted and not what I came in for. I have near perfect vision for distance and they tried selling me overpriced junk I don't need, also I had to argue with them about how I use my computer and explain unnecessary details that really are none of their business because I did not ask them to try and solve an imaginary problem they made up about looking at my monitors, they should have just given me the reading glasses like I asked for but instead they made me very angry and after all these months that went by I still hate this place so I'm finally leaving the review

I’m so impressed with Eyedeology!! My husband and I needed a new eye doctor that worked with our insurance and I was pleased to find that this office was in-network. First of all, the office is beautiful, and the receptionist is super friendly. At a couple different points during our visit, he asked if he could get us tea, coffee, or water and I felt like a VIP!

And then there’s Dr. Patel, who is hands down the best eye doctor I’ve ever seen. She was able to diagnose my itchy eyes right away when my previous two eye doctors just kinda shrugged when I told them about my symptoms. She was also very patient, answered all of my questions, and even brought me some chocolate when I felt a little wonky after the dilation drops.

The lady who helped us pick out our glasses was also awesome! I’ve never had someone help me pick out glasses that actually work with my face shape, but she was a pro with me and my husband, and was honest about pricing all the way through. I think their frames are on the pricier side, but they have a great selection, and our insurance fortunately covered most of the cost. At no point did I feel forced into buying something I didn’t need or want, and the staff even helped me find the best price for the eye wipes Dr. Patel prescribed for me.

Finally, what made me write this review is that the staff truly goes above and beyond. When I picked up my glasses, they gave me a whole little goody bag including piece of Ghirardelli chocolate in a color that perfectly matched my frames! So cute!! And weeks later, they also sent a handwritten card thanking us for our visit that came with a gift card.

I can’t imagine going to any other office now. This is probably the only medical facility where I’ve truly felt like a valued patient. Thank you, Eyedeology staff!!! You’re rockstars!!! ?

I had an eye exam for a specific issue I was having and definitely came to the right place! Dr. Patel was very thorough and really listened to the issue I was having. She found the problem and was able to help me. The equipment used was state of the art and the facility was just beautiful. I loved their selection of frames as well and will be back to purchase one soon! Highly recommend!
