A comfortable and smooth experience every time. The longest I’ve waited for an eye exam here was probably 5 minutes before an appointment, plus they’re open Saturdays so I don’t have to take off work. I do wish they took insurance but they do offer 0% financing with carecredit and an itemized invoice you can send for reimbursement to your vision insurance. Dr Charlene is personable, meticulous, yet works quickly and efficiently. I’m very happy with the prescriptions she has written for me and very happy overall with my experience here.

In all my years of buying glasses this was by far the best experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable plus they have a great selection. Unfortunately my frames broke and had to be replaced. I took them in, they verified I was still covered under warranty and replaced the frames on the spot. No questions ask! I was in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes. That is customer service at its best. Thank you EyeGlass Express!

Nothing “express” about this place. First of all; it took two weeks to get my lenses in and then when I came back to pick them up, I had to wait nearly 2 hours. All of the front desk staff are extremely rude. My glasses were stretched out and I asked if they could be tightened and she said she could try but there would be no guarantee that the lenses wouldn’t break and there would be no warranty on them. It is sad because the actual optometrist was great, but the staff in the front are ruining their reputation not to mention they’re extremely overpriced. I will not be Not to mention their extremely overpriced. Almost $500 for one set of lenses not including the frames. I will not be back!

Not a customer, just traveling through....my glasses were falling apart and needed the screw replaced, or new frames. As I waited 15 minutes while they put a larger screw in any adjusted it to work, I listened to employees working with other customers. I was really impressed with their care and understanding. When they finished with my glasses, they handed them to me at no charge. I would highly recommend this practice. Very top notch and professional. Prices sounded good also!

Same story as the others! Not a customer but I stopped by to see if I could get my glasses repaired as a lens fell out, and the kind ladies at the desk replaced the screw immediately for no cost. I came just before closing too. Their kindness made my day. Thank you to the kind workers for their generosity!

Edit: The lens fell out again, so I returned and they fixed it for $5. So far the fix has lasted even after I bent them when I fell asleep on my glasses! The ladies weren't nearly as kind this time though, so I don't think they'll lend me their kindness again.

Great experience with doctors and staff. Took 2 of my kids and have a 3rd appt upcoming. Both doctors we saw have a nice disposition and were very informative, reasonable prices, and helpful front desk staff. New place for our family’s eye appointments!

Dr. Felser is amazing! Very thorough and answered all my questions with more detail than I've had from any other optometrist. Explained how different things would affect my vision like my astigmatism and how to compensate for that in both glasses and contacts. Will be a return patient.
