I went to 4 other eyeglass stores before I found Eyeglass Maxx. The other stores had limited selection and not a single one had a person actually come out from behind a desk and help me select frames. When I walked into Eyeglass Maxx, I was greeted by Paula who was friendly and super helpful with assisting me find frames that fit my face and style. She honed in very quickly on the styles I liked and didn't like and was able to tailor the frames she presented to me accordingly. And their selection was huge!! So many options!! I actually bought 4 pairs of glasses. I highly recommend Eyeglass Maxx!!

Eyeglass Maxx in Port Charlotte is the best for all your vision needs! Knowledgeable and professional staff beginning with the doctor, and the owner who is so accommodating and helpful! I also want to acknowledge Paula who was amazing! She patiently helped me pick out my glasses, fit them..and was multitasking by saying “hello” and we’ll be right with you to customers walking in! Such a friendly and welcoming place of business, my only go to for eye care!

I have recently purchased a pair of glasses here. The style is attractive but when I saw they were slightly crooked a male associate dismissed they were off. I was up set and decided to go back in the following Monday to see Paula. She saw they were crooked and she adjusted them for me. I recommend you see her for your eyeglass needs. Thank you Paula!!

First of all, the lady that waited on me was great . I have an astigmatism and need special lenses for glasses. I was quoted $565 The frame was $59.00. I knew I was being ripped off, and went to BJs club and was quoted $309. Always compare prices before buying at Eye Max

Shoddy workmanship of lens prescription after spending $700. Cleaning them with water & a soft cloth they provided were ineffective as a degraded coating was the problem. They insisted I was cleaning them incorrectly. They charged an additional $120. to replace the lenses. The owner. Jayme Karr was extremely rude when I
asked for a new set of nose guards and an argument ensued as he refused my request. I would never use Eyeglass Maxx ever again and would strongly recommend to anyone to go elsewhere. They do not stand behind their products.!!!

So I bought some blue framed O’Neil sunglasses, and they happened to get a pressure crack so I call up and talk to Debbie and she got ahold of Jamie. After talking it over they totally made sure I had a pair of sun glasses for the beach loaning me the black frames and then bringing down a blue pair to put my lens back into. Couldn’t be happier!! Thank you so much!
