Dr. Nisha is always easy to talk to and speaks clearly about what issues she sees as well as what is going well. Donovan (I think it is his name) gave me several preliminary eye tests. He too was pleasant & easy to talk to. The front office staff who check patients in & out were very efficient and created a pleasant, welcoming tone right away.
This is exactly how medical offices should be. Welcoming, thorough with clear discussion and advice.

Seen Dr. Garrett today at Eye Health NW Lake Oswego because I needed an updated prescription for my eye glasses. He was extremely through, patient and made sure I was comfortable with the prescription he was giving me. I explained the process between single vision and progressive vision that I have on my prescription and made sure I was comfortable with it. His assistant was extremely helpful and kind also. I highly recommend him practice and Eye Health NW.

Puzzling Evidence

I see a different doctor every time I go so there is no continuity of care. For the most part, the technicians are polite but the opthos seem rushed and I don't fell like they are actually taking my concerns seriously. Quick look and quick solutions, but my vision and eye health don't seem to benefit. Many of the practitioners are very young. It seems the priority is the bottom line rather than patient eye health.

Dr. Garrett and his staff are always helpful. They take their time and listen to your health review and questions. I was fortunate to have Ben do my initial screening before the doctor. He is personable and professional with a positive attitude as he interacts with the patient. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful during check in and check out. Eye glass and contact department answered my questions and are doing a bit of research and calling me tomorrow with additional answers. Dr. Garrett always takes time with me and gives me options. I drive 45-50 minutes to visit this office and continue to do so because of the service and care they give to me.

While waiting for the doctor, I experienced the extreme care they give even to patients who can be belligerent. Thanks to all who work in this office and put patients and their needs first with smiles and the utmost care. I left the office knowing my eye health was their priority.

Could any doctor be more generous with their time? Dr Ng quickly fit me into an already full schedule after an unexpected vision scare. I greatly appreciate her thorough professional exam as well as her calm and pleasant demeanor. Visiting her is a win for any patient.
