Walking in the place is so inviting and bright. The front counter was friendly. Brittany was amazing! She made the whole experience fun instead of a chore. Her personality was a 10. The doctor was amazing amazing! I've had horrible experiences having eye exams in the past to the point that I don't even want to deal with it. I'm excited to come back in next year. Had a great experience at EyeHealth NW. Was not very excited to have to start wearing glasses and the doctor and staff were amazing with helping me out. Dr. Liu was great, very kind and explained things very easily to me. I was sent to the optic area and had Marla help me find some frames and gave me recommendations on my lenses. Marla was very patient and helped find a pair of frames that fit me nicely and were to my personality. She made me feel very comfortable and made the process fun. Highly recommend this clinic, from scheduling, check-in, MA rooming, doctor visit and picking out glasses was flawless.

My prescription doesn’t work at all. Opticians have been helpful with obtaining the correct prescription.

Went from 2.25 to 1.5 so that I could read. ? Glasses still don’t work to correct vision. I cannot file my fingernails because I cannot see them. ?

Office was very clean and patient rooms were comfortable and clean as well. I think that besides my incorrect prescription, the office is ‘nice’.

I have been a patient of Dr. PV for over 10 years. He is the best eye Dr. I have used for all my optical needs. I had an eyelid procedure a few weeks ago and it has made a huge difference in my vision. His nurse is Audrey. After surgery I had a few questions and I contacted Audrey on three occasions. She had all the answers I needed to allow me to get better and relax. She is without a doubt the most pleasant and understanding nurse I have ever met. I cannot thank her enough for making my recovery easier and less painful.

Dr. Dave and all the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. The office felt really modern and clean, which made me feel more comfortable as a patient. Parking was also really easy at this location. I highly recommend their services!

Dr. Tong has been very reassuring and knowledgeable from the first visit that led to my eye surgery. She clearly explained the process and what to expect. She displays genuine care and interest, even when she is obviously busy. Her entire team at the surgery center was wonderful. I feel that I am in very good hands with Dr. Tong.
