I’m a person that has eye issues. Mind are very sensitive to people touching or putting solutions in them or whatever.
They are the most patient friendly optometrist I’ve ever been to. They treated me with kindness and respect to my sensitive eyes and I would recommend them to everyone with vision issues.
Staff is very friendly and the doc was fantastic.

Eye-Q Optometry truly went out of their way to provide the best possible customer satisfaction and experience available. To start, they were able to fit me in for an appointment that fit my schedule, that was pretty awesome! Makes you feel like family. Next, when trying to figure out what frames or lenses to pick, I happened to ask about a set of frames I’ve had for over 20 years. Melody took a look at the frames and made a couple marks on the old lenses for reference to see if they would work. They were right on the edge of being able to do progressive lenses at 18mm to center. Sent the frames off and I just got them back and they couldn’t be any more perfect! The lenses are Zeiss lenses and crafted specifically for these frames and they fit perfectly and the prescription is spot on for both lenses. Thank you so much for the perfect experience and glasses! I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome on the glasses!

I just had my first visit as a new patient at Eye Q. I moved to Lincoln recently and had to find a new eye doctor. Every person in the office was friendly and professional. I've had many years of experience with various eye doctors, and this was by far the best experience in all aspects of my visit. I am so glad I landed at Eye Q and I can't wait to get my new glasses!
