I switched to Eyes on Elm after moving to New Canaan. I am delighted with the service I received. The staff were super-friendly when I arrived for my eye exam. The exam itself was fine. The doctor was kind and professional, and took her time to explain everything. Then the staff were helpful in picking out new frames, without any pressure. All round a good experience. I told my wife she should go here as well! Highly recommended.

Dr. Victoria Considine and her team at Eyes on Elm are fantastic! From the moment I walked in, the friendly front desk staff made me feel instantly welcomed. The entire eye exam was quick and easy, and Dr. Considine was incredibly kind and attentive throughout the appointment. I called Eyes on Elm a few weeks ago to ask if they accepted my insurance. I spoke with Sharlene and based on her super friendly personality decided to go in for new glasses. Once there, I met with Leonora who might have been even friendlier. Very customer focused, offered opinions, and overall made my experience there so pleasant that I came back again today to order prescription sunglasses. Highly recommend Eyes on Elm for glasses!

Candidly I have struggled to find an Optometrist that I was comfortable with until I found Eyes on Elm. Dr. Considine is awesome - attentive, personable and really listens to all of my questions relating to my exam. Dr. Victoria Considine and all of her assistants including Sharlene are professional, nice and super helpful. I have good vision but my long distance began being more blurry (functional but blurry). They started me w/glasses and they made such an amazing difference that I wanted to try contacts. Not an easy thing to start! Putting them in and taking them out is way more difficult than I imagined. After watching a demonstration video Sharlene sat with me for half an hour (just to get the first one in!). She was so patient and wonderful. This is my first day wearing them and it's a game changer. In addition, I missed my appointment because of a work commitment and they fit me in that afternoon even though they had a ton of patients. Dr. Considine is the best.

I got a pair of glasses here and if I could give them a 6/6 stars, I would. First off, they had an incredibly diverse selection of amazing frames and the customer service was unbeatable. Their focus on my needs, professionalism, expertise and absolute commitment to my satisfaction was the best that I've experienced. The owner, Dr. Victoria Considine, went out her way to ensure that I was 110% satisfied. I can't tell you how much I admire how she runs her business.
