I’ve long felt that the products and service at traditional eyeglasses suppliers (big box stores and eyeglasses retailers) have left something to be desired, but was primarily a contact lens wearer so I just lived with it. Getting older and now need readers, I decided to switch up to glasses but wanted a better pair since I’ll be wearing them all the time. Searched available local options and was not impressed, decided to give Eyesmith a try. Could not have had a better experience! Lots of available options, expert guidance from staff and superior products; I won’t go anywhere else for glasses in the future. I believe this is the first time in my life I’ve actually been fitted for glasses. Thank you Rand and Janeel!

Boom!👊💥 Rand and Janeel at eyeSmith Sport & Fashion Optical are hands down the best in the business. I came there to get my Versace sunglasses adjusted not knowing how amazing and fun the experience was going to be. Both of them are kind, fun, sincere, caring and cool beyond words.

Rand went the extra mile to take care of me. He had my sunglasses feeling and looking good. On top of the Rock Star treatment, this place is immaculate and beautiful. The BIG windows and natural lighting are amazing!☀️

PROs: Very convenient. Friendly and accommodating of our requests. Simple fixes and repairs done within minutes. They accept all prescriptions. Large inventory of eye frames to choose from. Establishment is comfortable and inviting. No pushy salesman or anyone breathing down your neck.
CONs: No optometrist on site.

Kevin instantly repaired my son's wire-framed glasses and made it sturdier than it's original state. Then my husband left behind his Oakley color tarnished glasses for a 2 week turn around to be re-colored. He was amazed with his 'new' eyeglasses; the frames recolored to it's glory and the lenses were buffed and cleared of scratches.

This will be second google review for EyeSmith. I gave Rand and his team five stars last time as well but wish i could give them a 20. The is my second pair of glasses from EyeSmith and they are just awesome people. Their professionalism and customer service is beyond words. If you ever need a new pair glasses, go there. You will not be disappointed. In addition, Rand and his wife are just good kind people!! Thanks again!!!

I can’t say enough about the eyeSmith. I’ve worn glasses since I have been a year old and this is the first place that got it right. Rand and Jon were awesome. I will definitely be back. They deserve a10 in my opinion.

I will not trust my eyes to anyone else! I have been coming to Rand and Janeel for years. There are options to get glasses closer to me, but none of them come with the same attention to detail, customer service, or quality eyewear that I receive at eyeSmith. My husband, who did not wear glasses at the time, didn’t understand the difference in quality that I was paying for. I let him convince me it wasn’t worth it and got one pair of glasses somewhere else. Never again! The impact to the clarity of my vision and the lower quality of both the frames and lenses convinced me that it is always worth it to go to eyeSmith. Since then, both my son and my husband have had the opportunity to experience the eyeSmith difference. Both have been shocked at the remarkable difference in quality of product and impact to their clarity of vision. Before purchasing his glasses at eyeSmith, my son managed to destroy every frame he has ever worn. The frames from eyeSmith are the first ones ever to hold up to what he puts his glasses through. I cannot say enough good things about Rand, Janel, the rest of their team, or the products and services they provide. We will not go anywhere else!

This place is amazing!! God bless them, the owners may just be the nicest couple I have ever had the pleasure of working with!! A few years ago, due to light induced migraines, I was in desperate need of a pair of very dark prescription sunglasses. My eye doctor was not able to order lenses dark enough and after purchasing 2 different pairs from 2 different places, neither of which ended up being sufficiently dark, my husband suggested I call eyeSmith, based on having heard them advertised on the radio, and though we knew it would be a 70 mile drive, I finally broke down and called them and based on what I was told, we then made the drive to go see what they could do for me. Lo and behold, on first try they were able to get me into a pair of sunglasses that was perfect for my needs!! When it came time to pick up my new glasses, this place went above and beyond in making sure the glasses were adjusted perfectly!! Fast forward to recently, when my sunglasses were finally in need of adjustment again, we made the drive again and not only did they go above and beyond to make sure they were adjusted perfectly again, they also adjusted my daily glasses for me as well, even though I had not purchased those there and even though no one at my eye doctors office had been able to get them adjusted properly. I cannot say enough good about this place and the amazingly sweet, accommodating couple who own/run it!! I will forever be a happy customer!! If you are in doubt, don’t hesitate any longer. It truly is worth the drive from wherever you may be located!!

EyeSmith is a wonderful, unique store. Their staff are knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, and they genuinely want to give you an amazing experience. I have a very strong prescription and the quality of their eyeware and lenses has made it so I can wear glasses for the first time since I was a kid! They're worth every penny!
