Love this place! Been here 3 weeks and the food has been very good. Pleasant, hardworking, attentive staff. They are a lot of fun. Very helpful. Rooms are comfortable. Grounds are beautiful, peaceful, quiet, plenty of activities and fun. Nice place to come, to get care you are wanting and needing. There's a great crew in the Physical & Occupational Therapy department. Very helpful and kind there, too. I've thoroughly enjoyed them. There is a Beauty Salon on-site to take care of your needs. There's just too much to list. Feels like a warm, friendly, fun family. 🙂

This was a Eskaton facility then changed to Fair Oaks Healthcare Center. I had to file 3 different complaints with the state for this location, they were found in violation every time. It was a variety of things from not giving patients the medication on time, the lies from the staff including the person in charge, they were planning on discharging my mother to her home where she had no one there to care for her without notifying us, the patient care coordinator was horrible, my mother told me they admitted to giving her someone else's medication, the list went on and on.

Great facility and amazing, caring staff. Parent was placed post-stroke and stayed about 3 weeks. Parent and all family members were always acknowledged by name and it was clear that the care they have for the patients is immense. Good communication as well regarding status of parent. Food was better than home most days!

They are slow at dispensing medication.
Wait is 2 to 3 hours almost every time.
Waiting for weeks to see a doctor, the nurses are slow to respond.
There are a few good ones that care and listen.
The older ones are thick skinned, don't care and hard to understand what they are saying.
Gotta get outta this place!

Beautiful building and has an amazing front lobby area for visiting. The building is clean, smells good, and is great clinically. Great place for rehab care, and has a nice therapy gym.

Fantastic I've my stays there with these folks I almost didn't want to leave when it was time to go. The meals were much better than airplane food. The folks there were just wonderful and treated me like I was royalty hilarious they were just super.
