This is my daughter’s second year coming here for starters the doctor didn’t introduce his self or anything he just proceeded to talk about what my daughter needs to do and what he recommended for her… Secondly when we got to pick my daughter’s glasses and then the lady found her some that she liked. I was under the impression that when you are getting an eye exam that the dr is supposed to do the measurements to ensure that they are getting your measurements correct! They did not do that . They told me they don’t do that they just go by estimates what is in the system which is absurd to me. Because, things change you don’t know just by an estimate what someone’s estimate should be! My daughter has had 2 pair of glasses from them and each time they fall off her face . She’s constantly pushing her glasses up . The reason why is because they just go by an estimate and not by actually measuring people. I guess that’s why they don’t get much business! That done it for me . This will be our LAST time using them for anything in regards to glasses. We will continue going to TARGET OPTICAL where they treat you right and ACTUALLY do measurements!
