I honestly don't know how there are so many good reviews. Worst prescription my wife and I have ever had. The out of pocket(non insured) prices were astronomical. Staff was friendly but what really counts is the prescription. Went back to my previous eye doctor and got fixed right up.

I have been a client of Family Eyecare Roswell since 2021.
I always appreciate the outsanding warm care and customer service I get from Dr.Zadeh, the opticians and eye doctors every time I have an exam there or update prescriptions. Philisha is the glue of the optical team and is always available to help with other clients waiting anything even is she's busy consulting others with optical needs. Danielle is always at the front desk with a huge smile and warm fun personality, happy to greet and take care of clients everytime I walk in for appointments.

We have been going to Family Eyecare of Roswell for years, and I am not the type of person who likes to write reviews, but after my last visit, I have decided to write a review about Dr. Mourice, and his entire team because they really know how to provide a 5 stars customer service. Philisha Scott, optician and Eyewear specialist was so patient, and even helped me change my new glasses, as I required from transition to progressive, she went above and beyond to make sure I have the glasses I needed.Thank you Philisha for my new pair of glasses and an excellent service!

I have been really impressed with Family Eyecare of Roswell. All too often you go to a practice and you like the Dr but the front desk is awful. At Family Eyecare of Roswell the staff is AS amazing as the Dr himself. Karla especially went above and beyond to get my prescription handled contacting multiple pharmacies and never dropping the ball. I never had to "follow up" with her. She stayed right on top of it!! Absolutely unheard of anymore!! Great job Karla!!!

We have been going to Family Eyecare of Roswell for years to get our glasses. They have a decent selection of frames that range from affordable to extravagant (which is great if you need to spend your FSA at the end of the year). Philisha has been our optician for the last couple years and has been our go-to. Her sense of style, her keen eye on fittings, and her energy draw us to her every time. The entire staff are great, but Philisha is our favorite. 🙂

Just the absolute best optometrist in the entire world. The employees are beyond the best & nicest. And the optometrist himself is really cool and kind. They don’t make you pay for anything you don’t want which is such a relief. That and I wanted contacts they diddnt have in stock so they ordered the tester just for me to make sure they would fit. They go way above and beyond any other normal optometrist I absolutely adore them!!!! These colored contacts are beautiful they are called eyedia clear color vibrant in ice blue. Hopefully next year they will start carrying them so I can order from them and not online. Regardless I will never go to another eye doctor I’ve moved several times and even though this is now a bit of a long trip for me it’s totally worth it!!!
