Está clínica es de lo más peor ,el servicio es pésimo ,para hacer una cita es un milagro que te contesten puedes pasar horas esperando por eso,cuando pides tus resultados estás personas son tan groseras parece ser que ni siquiera saben lo que hacen el servicio es totalmente ridículo wow nunca me imaginé que pueda estar sirviendo al público este tipo de dizque clinicas

Pésimo servicio, muy tardado para programar una cita, marcas y marcas y nadie contesta y si logras sacar una cita te presentas y en ese momento te dicen que no hay nadie que te atienda, osea si no hay quien te atienda porque no te avisan y programan otra, bueno si logras agarrar la cita y por casualidad te atienden, no te mandan el medicamento tienes que ir nuevamente porque el teléfono está de adorno porque nadie contesta, la verdad pésimo servicio no lo recomiendo.

Do NOT book an appt here!! They will pull the rx's from the pharmacy that they're Dr has already written you during your visit. I was told by the offices receptionist that the other DR's didn't like Dr. Hardys work and had let him go. They pulled his previous rx's from drugstore only to make his patience come back in if they want their Rx AGAIN!! The office supervisor-extremely unprofessional screamed and did nothing to deescalate. She told me that the Dr didn't write me out a full year when she didn't even have my chart in front of her. Walgreens had already spoke with me on many occasions and said the scripts were there at one point. And that the Drs office revoked them . The supervisor was trying to blame it on Dr. Hardy but didn't know I already knew she was lying. I'm informing insurance and letting them know that the Drs office is double dipping on their patients time and wallet along with charging insurance for a second visit. STAY AWAY they have low reviews for a reason. Trust me

Convenient online scheduling of appointments! Telehealth nurse, NP Heron, was excellent and the process of meeting with her was very efficient. It made getting my elderly mother seen for a follow up in a weakened state very easy and stress free.

This place is terrible. I had an online appointment to get a prescription filled and was told that I would receive a text with a link to join a meeting, but I received nothing. I had to call the office twice just to get to the right website and to get a working code to join. Once I finally got in, I waited an hour for the doctor and she never showed up. (Thanks a lot, Janet) Tried to call the office to let them know the doctor was a no-show, but by then it was 6pm and their office was closed. They had already collected my co-pay by then, so I essentially paid money to be ignored. I called the next day and they apologized and said they'd fill my prescription, and I picked it up thinking I was done with the whole fiasco and guess what? They gave me the wrong prescription! So that's yet another phone call I had to make. It took about a week just to get one prescription filled all because their useless doctor couldn't be bothered to show up to her own virtual appointment. Never going back.

My appointment here started off being pretty good. I was seen and given prescriptions to treat my condition and referred to do blood work. However, this office runs completely paperless and it's also EXTREMELY hard to get in touch with anyone in the office if you have issues once you leave. One of my prescriptions wasn't being covered by my insurance and just needed to be changed from tablet form to capsule form. Well, I've called everyday for 4 days to get help with this to have no luck. They also use an app where the patient can message the doctor if you have any issues, well I've now sent 2 messages,on top of the numerous phone calls to get this resolved and have gotten no where. I wanted to like this office and finally have a primary care established but I can't go through this every time there's a medication issue. It's a bit ridiculous.

This is by far one of the worse place to attend for Dr appointments. They lack communication despite having a policy in place that all patient emails should receive a responses within 24-48 hours. I sent two emails 19 days ago as well as 10 days ago neither of which have been replied to. I even had to go in person to their office to ask why a test that was set to be order was never ordered, they still could not provide me an answer. And on top of that while I was waiting for the office supervisor to talk to my Dr in regards to this she left for lunch without telling me. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.
