Absolute worst doctor and practice I have ever had to endure. I was forced to keep going due to it being a workman's comp claim. 'Dr' Kreiffels diagnosed the injury as bursitis even though there was an obvious infection with red, hot, swollen flesh. Took too long for the practice to allow a follow-up when I started showing signs of going septic. When I got in, she told me to just man up and live with it. I was able to force her to refer me to a surgeon. They immediately cut open the wound and rushed me to surgery. It was a MRSA infection and I nearly lost the arm.
Kreiffels is worse than incompetent. She is horrible.
When I tried to get medical records from the practice they refused to provide them due to workman's comp refusing to pay her due to her incompetence. Until I had an attorney contact them and threaten criminal charges.
Absolute garbage of a doctor and a practice.

The receptionist is exceptionally rude. She interrupted me before I was even able to finish my first word on the telephone. She then stated the office was too busy to allow me to speak with administration and hung up on me. Will never seek care at this facility and strongly discourage friends, family, and medical associates from doing so as well. I am a former employee of NOMC and am not surprised.

Southern hospitality and little to no wait the Doctor was very helpful and easy going. This is only place in town that took my insurance and didn’t have 2 months wait time.

if I could give them a negative I would. My daughter had an appointment there for a yearly physical and mainly to have a breast exam. She brought along her friend bc she has never had a breast exam done. Right off the bat they would not let her friend come back with her. would not give her an explanation as to why she could not have her friend come back with her. They then proceeded to make fun of her and tease her bc she brought a friend with her. Doctor then came in and proceeded with the teasing and saying horrible things to her. Told her she suffered from Anxiety, which my daughter doesn't , not once asking my daughter about the lump she found on her breast. My daughter left feeling ashamed and humiliated. I can not believe that a SO CALLED family center would do this to anyone. This is so disgusting and vial. I would not recommend them to anyone. In fact they need to be shut down completely!!!!!!! They don't even deserve a star. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE disgusting people !!!!

I would give 0 stars if possible. The staff is so cold and rude they shouldn't even be in business. Please save your time and breath - go to another Dr!

Thee receptionist is a horrible disgustingly rude person I had an appointment and I came in to do the paperwork and the receptionist was just as rude as possible she wouldn't accept my insurance card even though the doctors office does take my insurance I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTORS OFFICE AT ALL
