Incredible experience from the picking out process down to sleeping on it going on night 3! When we went in we had looked online first to get an idea of what we wanted… once in store, that flew out the window. We saw so many pieces that online just didn’t do it justice! We found the one we chose and then spoke to Kayla about the financing part. She made it SO EASY. Literally gave us a million options with adding pieces/ taking them away, etc. she did the most lol. We decided to go with just the bedframe but instead of a queen, we upgraded to a king! So we added on the boxspring & mattress. We were able to lay on all the mattresses to find the one we loved. After we checked out with her and signed the papers, she got our delivery date set up. The day they came, they were earlier than the timeframe given but waited patiently about 3 minutes for us to finish moving all our furniture out of their way! They were respectful, quick, and did a great job carrying everything in with caution and putting it together with no mess and so quickly! We are on our third night sleeping in the new bed and let me tell you… for someone with fibromyalgia, this has been the best investment I’ve ever made!!! I’ve slept so incredible. I’m thankful we chose to make the purchase we did and I’m so thankful for farmers. I will never go anywhere else for furniture again!

The dresser I purchased was beautiful and my daughter loved it. Sam was a joy to work with. The only issue I had was getting someone to give me a time of delivery. I kept asking for a window of time and no one could give that to me, finally I spoke with Melvin who was able to communicate the time of delivery. Melvin also delivered my furniture and was very nice and professional. There was another young man there but I did not catch his name. Very nice and professional. I will possibly order from them again.

I bought a refrigerator from them and they came to deliver, upon that they proceed to tell me that they no longer remove anything from your home. In my case they wouldn't even move it to the garage. I have bought furniture and appliances from them for yrs. If you are a woman and live alone or just women live together and are unable to move things yourself or have anyone to move the old item's, don't go there. I wasn't even told that they no longer move anything. So needless to say I will never purchase anything from there again. Update: I had them bring it back. I had forgotten that it had rollers on it so I had to move it over near my laundry room so they could put the new one in. I hope we will find someone to put in in the garage for us. I still won't purchase anything from the again.

We had a great experience with Farmers in Monroe, Ga. We are elderly and got two lift chairs. I have shopped at Farmers for many years. The sales people, manager and delivery men did everything they said they would do.

Salesperson was pleasant and helpful. Delivery not so much. I’m a senior citizen with mobility issues. Salesperson told me that delivery guys would move my old couch out. They said I would have to pay them $20 extra to do this. I had no choice so I did. They left the old couch behind my car. I had to pay extra to a trash removal service to come immediately in order to get my car out of my garage. I will not make a purchase at Farmers again because of the delivery service.
