This is the place if you are looking for rock solid Bible teaching. A praying church and friendly congregation. There is nursery, kids and youth programs.
There are women's, men's and even Singles ministries.
Major Missions projects (focused in USA for 2023/2024)are a priority.
Coffee and fine fellowship!

My wife and I attended Feather Sound Church this past weekend and were profoundly impressed with this spirit filled church.
We met Cheryl and Carlos, We met Doug, and of course Art Dykstra, the lead pastor. There are 3 things I look for in a church that I call the 3 M's. Music, Mission and Message. The Music was fantastic!, The Message was powerful and just like a good steak, filled us both up. The Mission, is clearly to Love people and to Love Jesus.

My wife and I have only been twice so far but we feel at home there. Friendly people and great bible based messages. We will attend as often as we can. I highly recommend you check it out. I think you will be like it.

Friendly Bible-based church in a neighborhood. Big enough to have programs for kids, teens, singles etc., small enough to get to know people. There are active men's, women's and small study groups that meet other than on Sunday.

This is the best community I’ve ever been a part of! The women’s ministry is strong, loving and compassionate. The youth are being poured into by strong, Jesus loving men and women, and it shows! Our children’s ministry is amazing! And that’s an understatement! They are being taught the word of God and how to apply it to their lives. Our pastor and his wife, Art and Robin Dykstra are the true meaning of what it is to shepherd a flock. They make a point to get to know all who attend and show the love of Jesus! I absolutely love this church community! So grateful to be a part of such a strong, Bible teaching church!

Relocated from Charlotte NC just four months ago ( moved to be closer to my only grandchild as well as aging parents ). Finding a new church and faith based community definitely was a priority but to be honest I had anticipated “ visiting “ a few churches before I found the right “ fit”.
To my surprise Feather Sound was the FIRST and only church I attended after only 3 weeks of living in St Petersberg and it immediately felt like it was meant to be !
It’s located in a quaint and neat Floridian neighborhood and it’s a definite welcoming feel. It is a bible based church and the teachings and readings are powerful and well spoken..
Pastor Art and his lovely wife Robin are so sincere and committed. There are so many opportunities to volunteer or be a part of a big selection of what makes this church !
I have truly found new “ friends”. The people that attend are so welcoming and it just works for all age groups!
I feel like not any of this was by “ chance “ . It is difficult to relocate and adjust to new surroundings but God brought me to this church. And I am so grateful ! Thank you so much Feather Sound Church !
