I stopped in for a quick bite to eat in between appointments and was very impressed. The line moved quickly. I had never visited this establishment before so I didn’t really know how it worked. They informed me and gave me suggestions which I was super pleased with. I was quick and easy and the food was delicious and I think the price was on point

I typically order my salad from “field of greens’” website but this time the website wouldn’t load in both chrome and safari browsers. I automatically searched for “Toast” to place my order in Wellington, given I’ve been supporting this location for 2+ years. When I arrived at the Wellington location, I told the food handler that I just realized, I had made an error and accidentally ordered my food at the Royal Poinciana Location. I asked how I could receive a refund and place my order at the Wellington location where I was. She told me there’s no way to get a refund, I would have place a new order.
I automatically called the Poinciana location explaining what happened, and was told that they could not do anything. Mind due, this is a basic market salad with no toppings, the dressing is in a container and the salad is untouched. This could have been an easy resale. There was not effort to try and solve the simple problem, for an ongoing customer. Very Disappointed

Update: Thank you Jason for taking care of this so professionally. My medical practice orders from here several times a week and it makes me happy that you support your customers. As promised, I have changed my review from 1 stars to 4 stars. This establishment has a good thing going (other than working on better coordination with their delivery pickups). The food is fresh, delicious, and never disappoints.

I ordered today and the stupid delivery driver who delivers for this establishment left half my order. He just waived his hands at me and walked out the door. The restaurant is at fault as this is their responsibility. They sticker a bag but leave it to be picked up for delivery with no communication to the driver. I called the restaurant and the girl seems very annoyed to deal with this. I asked the manager Jason call and process me a refund. We’ll see if that ever comes, if so I’ll remove my bad review if not, here it stands.

I come here at LEAST once a week and drive 20 minutes one way to this location. The food is always delicious & fresh, team at the Wellington location are friendly, top notch, and are above other FOGs I have been to. Incredible customer service from each and every person at this location. As someone in HR & Business operations, the team works amazingly together, are friendly, and are always in motion. This team deserves so much praise for being the face of field of greens, putting out quality products, and amazing customer service. Best smoothies I’ve ever had in my life & amazing salads!

I came into this restaurant because I heard the salads were good. First off $17 for a Caesar salad with two eggs is broader line asinine. I left $2 in the tip jar don’t know why because it was a Togo order & not much was done for me, but I try to look out everywhere I go. The thing that really got me is I asked for extra dressing to go the girl said to me, “oh we charge for this usually after this time we have to charge” The audacity to be charging for dressing after purchasing a $17 salad yes a salad is absolutely diabolical. Oh and the chicken dry as can be.

I get a create your own salad & ask for it not to be chopped and it comes chopped.

I call I just get a sorry, doesn't really do me any good at all.

This isn't a silly side salad for 6 bucks. This is a 17$ salad I just ordered and I get a "sorry won't happen again" when this is the THIRD time it's happened.

Seriously so angry that I'm stuck going here because it's the only place to accommodate my allergy. I'm so tired of spending my hard earned money on a meal I do NOT want to eat.

The salad is not even recognizable anymore it’s so chopped. Who even chops a salad like that It’s all mush.

To update on the reply from the place yes they did replace my salad. AFTER i called BACK and asked for one myself. I wasNEVER offered a new salad. Terrible customer service.
