I’ve been to a handful optometrist offices, but this one is like no other. I won’t go anywhere else as I long live around here!

From the first initial visit to coming back to pick up my contacts, it was phenomenal. The opticians and technicians (Alice, Natalie, and Edgar) delivered the best customer service I’ve experienced in a while. They offered coffee, water, little snacks while you’re there. They were friendly and ensured I had everything I needed. Alice did my pre-exam then following Dr. Young (the optometrist) I was blown away of how thorough the exam was. Dr. Young took his time to go over every detail of my exam. Very knowledgeable and gave the same care as all the others. My contacts were ordered, and they fastened the current glasses I had before I left. I came back to grab my order a week later, and received the same level of service.

Overall, it was an amazing experience, and the little things that makes them who they are. Top Tier

I had an exceptional experience at First Class Eye Care! I initially came in to use my existing prescription to purchase frames, but Natalie could tell I wasn’t confident with the prescription I had. She recommended that I get a second opinion, which led me to Dr. Young. He was incredibly thorough, compassionate, and highly knowledgeable about the proper care for my eyes. He took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I fully understood my eye care needs without feeling rushed.

Edgar performed my initial eye test, and his friendly demeanor immediately made me feel comfortable. The entire team showed incredible patience with me, especially considering that my prescription has been on the high end since childhood. I was hesitant due to a bad experience with another eye care provider, but Natalie reassured me that I would be well taken care of—and she was absolutely right. I even learned a lot from Natalie that I never knew when it came to choosing the correct frames for my prescription. The slightest change in anything can throw off your vision!

Dr. Young discovered that I needed progressive lenses, something previous optometrists had overlooked. Since then, the headaches I had been dealing with for almost a year have disappeared! My new prescription was far more accurate than the one I had just received the day before, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

As an added touch, I was given a gift bag with my new glasses that included free “first class” goodies. This thoughtful gesture truly made the experience even more memorable.

Thank you, First Class Eye Care, for your warm welcome, attention to detail, and truly first-class service. You ALL definitely set the bar HIGH. 🙌🏾

My ADVICE to others considering a new optometrist for whatever reason, please stop letting these businesses waste your time and go get you some FIRST CLASS EYE CARE! 🙌🏾🤣

I was blown away by the kindness and professionalism demonstrated by the staff and the doctors! They truly went the extra mile to ensure that I was comfortable and well taken care of as soon as I entered the building; Dr. Adam Young even offered us water and snacks while several of us were waiting for our appointments.

I was greeted very warmly by Edgar who went through the eye health checks so expediently and with an awesome smile :).
Dr. Christina Phan assisted me wonderfully throughout my exams and consultation with much ease and comfortability, and displays remarkable active listening while encouraging me to ask any and all questions related to eye health, including healthy reminders when it comes to blue light smart devices! This doc knows her stuff 🙂

Thank you for reading through this very thorough review - I truly want the community to know that all of the staff whom I met and conversed with on that day were stellar in character, respect, and expressed genuine passion for helping their patients.

Last thing...this was my first ever visit at this location and team, did not do extensive research ahead of time, and went in blind (no pun intended). I have never had a warmer and smoother experience with eye exams and contact lenses than at First Class Eye Care.
(They beautifully prepared a gift bag w/ goodies and sunglasses that I selected for a gift for my Mother before I left, too! ^^)

I have been going to the same eye doctor for a decade, but I have recently moved and needed to find a new Optometrist so I was a bit nervous finding a new one. I researched a bunch and called a few places around my area, but First Class Eye Care really stood out to me over the phone so I booked an appointment right away.
When I first walked in, the ladies up front were so welcoming and nice. It was a really pleasant check in. The technician was super thorough and sweet. Dr. Phan was very attentive and was just the best.
I had a very good first appointment here and will come back for my regular visits. I can’t recommend enough how amazing the staff is. You can tell that they really care about their patients.
